Very comfortable. Decorating was a bit dated. There was some rotted wood in the baths.

Love the Dunes & all its amenities!!! Could have used more seating in living room & more overhead lighting in kitchen. Otherwise it was Wonderful!!

Kitchen has 6 high hat recessed lighting approx 450 watts of lighting, plus under counter lighting.Living room has seating for 6 people, 3 bar stools, and dining room table with seating for 6 people.More than ample seating for 6 oocupants. There is no rotten wood anywhere , unit is refreshed each season. Furnishings are 3 yrs old, traditional style furniture , which is never out of date. Professionally decorated by Robb and Stucky Interiors. Like new condition, great place, great location. Truly Paradise to spend a vacation with resort style pools, tennis, restaurants, exercise rooms, walk to beach,all remodeled in 2018.

My stay at the dunes

About a week before I was going to be checking in I received an email from the property owner regarding the check in process. He was very cordial and relayed all the information I would need to check into this carriage home at the dunes. The home was very clean and spacious. The dunes property is immaculate and the club is a beautiful. It’s like staying at a 5 star resort. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks
