loely, quiet and peaceful

It's everything described and more. We had a wonderful 2 week stay with Concita and Claudio, the most perfect hosts. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and well equipped. So close to the most perfect beach. endless sand and warm water. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Concita and Claudio for everything.

Friendly, peaceful and sandy!

Concita and Claudio are the very kind and friendly hosts - they live downstairs and the holiday house is the upper floor (it also has a large roof terrace which isn't shown in the photos). The property is at the end of a quiet street and it really is only 30 seconds away from the superb beach - 2km of powder sand and (in summer) a warm sea. It takes about 10 minutes to walk in to the centre of Donnalucata. The apartment is spacious, all rooms are a good size, and it is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped for those choosing to cook their own meals. Air conditioning is available (for an extra charge) but you will have to ask for it to be switched on! Donnalucata itself is quite small but there are decent supermarkets and cafes. Some might find the choice of restaurants a bit limited but there are more in the town of Scicli, 15 minutes away. A car is more or less essential, and be warned - it takes much longer than you might expect to drive to everywhere you might like to go, and the signposting is erratic to say the least! Ideal for a family beach and sightseeing holiday.

bellissimo!!!

Finalmente dopo tanti anni rivedo la Sicilia!!! Il mare spettacolare, la spiaggia ampissima e mai affollata ha reso questa vacanza veramente bella. Abbiamo fatto lunghe passeggiate, bagni a non finire e goduto delle specialità Siciliane. L'appartamento stupendo, pulitissimo e la proprietaria sempre gentile e disponibile.
