A beautiful one bedroom one bath condo located in the new Capri condominiums. Conveniently located on the first floor. There is a king size bed and a pull out sleeper to accommodate 4. Walking distance to many fine and casual restaurants, bars, breweries, beaches, biking and kayaking.There is a small grocery store and meat market just a few minutes walk away. So many fun things to experience in the area. A great place to visit through out the year.

The apartment was great for our small family. All the amenities you need and walking distance to everything, yet quiet! Parking wasn’t terrible — if the disgusted lots would fill, we could park on the street for free after 6 PM! If we return to Traverse City, we will try to book again!

Nice condo in a Great location.

The condo was within easy walking distance to everything in downtown. It is equipped with almost anything you would need. The parking at the condo is tight and is limited, but there is a garage right next door for 20 a day. Will definitely stay here again.

Romantic Getaway

My wife and I had a magical time here! Paula's condo is centrally located and within walking distance to downtown and the Commons. Her place was spotless and well furnished with all the towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen. We'll be staying here again for sure!

Weekend Getaway

This property is perfectly located for walking to shops, restaurants, and the bay. We found everything we could need in the condo and Paula was very accommodating and communicative. We would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Condo!

Sand and Snow Capri #107 is the perfect place to stay if visiting TC. It is within walking distance to all downtown bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The unit is clean, modern and comfortable. The property owner is friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean condo in downtown TC. We were here for cherry fest and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Paula’s condo was very comfortable and close enough to walk all over TC. Everything was very easy to use. We appreciated that the condo was located in a quiet area when we wanted to get away from the crowds of Cherry Fest. Thanks, Paula!

Perfect TC Location

Stayed four nights. Unit was very clean and well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Location was perfect, walkable to the downtown bars and restaurants and also the marina. The only hassle was the limited available parking. We tried to return to the unit every day around 3:00 pm to get a parking space. Those returning later likely had to use the parking garage next door. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Would stay here again, any time of the year.

Nice place, well appointed, all necessities + W&D, and several niceties. Parking is VERY tight, not enuf spaces this stay Fri & Sat nites. Squeeky door hinges bed & bathroom. Softer lighting, ie dimmers would be so nice. Thoughtful TC bottle of wine and bottles of water in frig, coffee for Kerig. FYI: flatware drawer pull is very loose.

We did not do any cooking, mostly slept and watched a little tv. Nice and clean, plenty of towels and pillows, washer and dryer if needed. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Both of us in our 70s and we enjoyed the walk to Front St a couple of times a day. Would stay again.

This was the perfect location for my stay. It was clean and easily accessible to Front Street. The only downfall was the parking. It was a separate charge and totaled over 40.00 for my stay. One suggestion: A full length mirror behind the bedroom door would be appreciated and recommended. I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is close to so many places. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, & even a comedy show! Paula, the host, was great to work with & this was the best stocked place we have ever stayed at!

Long weekend getaway!
