Gite the waterfront overlooking the archipelago of Bréhat, the output of Trieux, the island and the island Modez wood. The house has 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets and 3 bedroom suites with sea view. The panoramic terrace is open in L is for breakfasts and south for lunch and dinner. You have walking access to oyster farmers to provide direct mussels oysters and seafood. The plot of 1800m2 is completely fenced and you have a sea access to the end of the garden.

Ein Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick, einer tollen Terrasse, ausreichend Platz und separaten Badezimmer zu jedem Schlafzimmer. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft eine Austernbar mit unschlagbar leckeren überbackenen Austern und Crevetten. Ausgiebige Infos zur Austernzucht inklusive. Kurzum, wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und wären gerne länger geblieben.

Notre hôte a été très accueillant, à l'écoute et réactif quand nous avons eu besoin de son intervention. La maison est très confortable et offre une vue sur la mer époustouflante . Petits bémols, faciles à corriger: aucun jeu de société, et des couettes en 200x200 trop justes pour des lits en 180x 200.

Wonderfully located property, very well maintained and very clean. The view is spectacular. Being a 2 minute walk from an oyster bar was a great bonus (highly recommend a visit and the staff was helpful and welcoming). The communication with the host could not have been better or gone more smoothly. The house has a well stocked kitchen and ample seating both inside and outside on the deck, taking advantage of the view. The furniture is well thought out and we found it comfortable for gathering to watch World Cup matches and having wine and dinner outside. Everything was as listed. One of our very best VRBO rentals!

Très propre, lumineuse et bien équipée, la maison jouit d'une situation très calme au bout d'une impasse. Au bas de son grand jardin clôturé, la mer offre un magnifique spectacle renouvelé au gré de marées de fortes amplitudes qui recouvrent ou découvrent des parcs à huîtres où des ostréiculteurs s'activent à marées basses. En plus d'être particulièrement agréable, notre séjour dans cette maison a été instructif pour nous avoir permis d'assister au travail d'ostréiculteurs. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour nous avoir permis d'occuper cette maison.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument exceptionnelle dans cette location ! La vue sur la mer et sur l’île de Bréhat est à couper le souffle, avec un paysage qui change au fil des heures et des marées — un vrai spectacle permanent dont on ne se lasse jamais.La villa est très spacieuse, baignée de lumière et parfaitement équipée, on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi.Un vrai plus : l’accès facile à la plage et aux promenades, idéal pour profiter pleinement du cadre magnifique, que ce soit pour se balader ou simplement se ressourcer.Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement et où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Nous sommes tous ravis (8 personnes de 8 à 83 ans) de notre séjour à tous points de vue.La maison est confortable,très fonctionnelle, au calme, et une vue sur la mer toujours changeante...magnifique! La maison est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, d'un très grand confort pour un séjour en famille avec de très belles chambres, de nombreuses salle de bain. La pièce de vie est grande, face à la mer, cuisine moderne super équipée. La localisation est fantastique face à la mer qu'on voit quasiment de toutes les pièces. Il faut un véhicule pour aller droite à gauche mais nous connaissions l'emplacement donc sans surprise. La maison était nickel quand nous sommes arrivés, la communication avec le propriétaire excellente et fluide.

De belles visites de petites villes alentours, la maison dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle, même si elle est un peu isolée.Cure d'huîtres à 2 vrais pas de la maison.Quelques jeux de sociétés seraient un plus pour les non marcheurs.En résumé, superbe endroit pour des vacances
