Welcome to Casa Veules.
It is a detached house on one level, completely renovated, on 90 m2, with a walled garden located in Veules-es-roses, village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.

Located 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 min from shops and restaurants.
The waterfront is pleasantly furnished with a dedicated space for children (games and paddling).

The house has been completely renovated in 2015/2016.

It has 3 bedrooms,
  a room with 2 beds of 90,
  a bedroom with a bed of 160
  and a bedroom with a bed of 140.
Bathroom with semi Italian shower, separate WC
Kitchen open to living room.
The living room with sofa bed for 2.. , Overlooking the garden, terrace and garden furniture.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, a classic coffee maker and a senseo, kettle.

Laundry room with vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house has a water softener
Other available equipment: flat screen TV 48 ", WIFI.

You will find available a free cot, a high chair and a baby bath.

The accommodation is non smoking.
A deposit of 400 euros is required upon arrival.

Très belle et agréable petite maison de plein pied, très propre, très calme, et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'avoir de la place (notamment l'accès au jardin et au mobilier de jardin), le jeu du petit train constructible pour notre petit garçon qui s'est beaucoup amusé avec, la cuisine full équipée, le calme, l'accessibilité (à 15 min à pieds du centre de Veules-les-Roses), la ville en elle-même, et la gentillesse des gens. Un tout grand merci. Notre fils de 3 ans nous a demandé quand est-ce qu'on reviendrait. Nous allons sérieusement y réfléchir ;-)

Wunderschön

Wir (beide Ü60) hatten eine wunderbare, unkomplizierte Woche in dem großzügigen Haus. Ruhig, schöner kleiner gepflegter Garten, zu Fuß 15 Minuten zum Strand. Der Ort ist eine Augenweide und zu Recht berühmt. Die das Haus betreuende Dame wohnt direkt oberhalb, wir haben sie aber nie gesehen, da der Schlüssel per Code zu bekommen war und das Haus selbsterklärend ist und es keinerlei Probleme gab. Sie hat aber ihre Hilfe angeboten und die Kommunikation auf Englisch bzw. Französisch ging bestens per whatsApp. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und können das Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub in einem charmanten Ort

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus zufrieden. Die Ausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung und das Haus war nett eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung war zum Teil etwas zusammengewürfelt aber alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Am Nachmittag wäre für die Terrasse ein Sonnenschirm schön. Im Ort kann man beim Bäcker und einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen alles notwendige erhalten. Es ist alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Un logement de vacances comme on les aime

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir passé une semaine dans cette maison de vacances qui était à la fois fonctionnelle et moderne. La décoration est soignée, la situation est idéale pour se balader entre Etretat et Dieppe. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la voisine de la propriétaire. Un panier d'accueil nous attendait, la maison était chauffée. Comme seul bémol, nous préférons que la consommation d'électricité soit comprise dans le forfait de départ, quitte à payer un peu plus, afin d'éviter toute éventuelle mauvaise surprise (même si ce ne fut pas le cas ici). Nous avons tout de même été étonnés de devoir payer l'électricité au forfait heures pleines alors que le chauffe-eau est programmé la nuit, en heures creuses. Nous recommandons toutefois ce gîte qui nous a apporté tout ce que nous souhaitions pour des vacances réussies. Merci !

Nous étions 2 couples d'amis avec notre fille adulte à mobilité réduite. Belle maison spacieuse dont l'intérieur a été complètement rénové. 3 belles chambres. Une grande douche adaptée pour notre fille. Accueil excellent des propriétaires et de la personne qui s'est occupée de notre départ. Bref entièrement satisfait. Schönes Ferienhaus für Familien

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Veules-les-Roses sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, die Einrichtung neu und mordern und man hat alles, was man braucht. Unsere Kinder haben außerderm viel Zeit im Garten verbacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. In unserem Fall haben wir keine lauten Hunde oder Windräder wahrgenommen, wie in einer anderen Rezension beschrieben. Der Ort selber ist wirklich schön mit netten Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief schnell und reibungslos.

Sehr zufrieden

Für unsere kleine 3köpfige Familie war dies genau das richtige Ferienhaus. Alles sehr geschmackvoll, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist groß genug zum draußen spielen, grillen und essen. Der Ortskern und der Strand sind in 10 bis 20 Minuten strammen Schrittes zu Fuß erreichbar. Veules-les-Roses ist ein hübsches kleines Örtchen. Wir würden wieder dort und im Ferienhaus Urlaub machen. :-)
