Time stops!

At low tide, the beach of fine sand, is the ideal place for fishing walking, kite flying, sand castle building, swimming or any other activity for all to enjoy.

A swimming pool, free for children is furnished by the sea in July / August, outdoor games are available all year round.

Shops (butcher, grocery, bakery), the restaurants, the Postal Bank and the doctor and the pharmacy are
less than 50m.

The house is located in the heart of the city center and 400m from the beach.

We welcome 8 people and a baby. An extra bed will be installed for the 9th person or one of the sofas is convertible for a couple.

German and English channels are at your disposal.

The charges (electricity, heating, heating (free up to 23 °), WiFi and unlimited phone except mobile, loan of bicycles ...) are already included in the price, you do not have to pay extra.

The house also has a private garage for 2 cars, comfortable with F5 internet (wifi) and unlimited telephone (free and without optional).

The cottage, on 3 levels, consists of: a nice spacious living room (4 large sofas with a convertible, flat screen TV + satellite TV + DVD player), a beautiful dining room, a kitchen for 8 people with all appliances: hood,
dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher ...)

3 bedrooms, two bathrooms ... and all for the well-being of babies (cot, high chair, recliner, trotter, changing table, baby bath ...).

You will also find an intimate garden of 60 m2 with a wooden terrace and all the attention (salon
garden table, chairs, barbecue) and a winter garden covered with 20 m2.

For bike excursions, you will find free bicycle (juniors, adults and children, one with baby seat).

And to enable you to better holidays, pets are allowed, so you can enjoy a family of all well being.

The cottage is open all year for vacation rentals.

Spacious home in wonderful location

Our family had a wonderful stay in Veules-les-Roses. The house is in the middle of town, yet it is quiet and very secure for children. The entrance is on a quiet street and there is an enclosed courtyard so we didn’t have to worry about the street traffic! The home has lots of space and is nicely equipped with amenities including some thoughtful host gifts. The host was friendly and extremely responsive. We will stay here again!

parfait pour des vacances en famille

La maison est idéalement située au centre du village et le garage pour 2 voitures est vraiment un plus . Nos hôtes nous avait gâté à notre arrivée , jus de fruits, biscuits, café , ... et la maison correspondait tout à fait aux photos. Les jouets mis à notre disposition ont fait le bonheur de nos petits enfants. En résumé, superbe séjour en famille .

Rapport qualité prix non satisfaisant : beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation générale offerte

Entrée principale par un garage, pas d’entrée par une porte d’entrée classique, garage se prolongeant jusqu’a la terrasse par un bric à brac. Après la terrasse on arrive à l’entrée principale de la maison : entrée pas accueillante du tout encombrée de meubles. La cuisine est mal agencée, mal équipée : pas de plats à tartes, pas de plats à gâteaux, pas de presse purée... Salle -Salon corrects. Chambres corrects mais des fauteuils et une table encombrent l’acces au lit, côté fenêtre de la chambre principale. Accueil téléphonique de la propriétaire satisfaisant.

Bonjour Martine et Christian. L'entrée se fait effectivement par le garage et puis vous avez un jardin d'hiver avec un salon d'hiver qui est en photo. Des vélos et jeux pour enfants et adultes sont proposés, de plages et pour la cueillette de coquillages. La maison est fournie propre, avec quelques gâteries à l'arrivée de nos clients, et mettons en service un logement spacieux, avec les draps positionnés, une connexion internet / wifi avec des chaînes illimitées avec l'opérateur Orange. Même pour nos clients internationaux, nous mettons l'accès aux chaînes suivant leur pays, pour leur aisance. Nous permettons si nous le pouvons une arrivée plus tôt, et un départ plus tard. Nos mettons à disposition de nos clients le maximum d'ustensiles de cuisine , de nombreux plats pour la cuisson, couverts, verres de différents types (flute de champagne, verres à vin…), divers poêles et casseroles...Moules de cake, rangés dans les placards de la salle à manger. Dans la cuisine (voir photo) vous avez tout le nécessaire : four, micro onde, placard de rangement, four classique, machine à laver la vaisselle, frigidaire - réfrigérateur, des tasse, bols, assiettes en nombre en double exemplaire pratiquement. nous n'avons pas de presse purée car personnellement, je n'utilise pas cet ustensile et je ne savais pas qu'on l'utilisait encore, j'en achèterai un. Concernant la chambre avec son petit salon privé, j'ai travaillé étudiante dans des grands hôtels parisiens et se sont ce type d'agencement qui m'a inspiré et est apprécié par la majorité de nos clients avec le bureau qui rappelle le style baroque, un style classique à la française. C'est l'agencement qui est visible sur les photos. tout est détaillé dans notre annonce et donc les clients savent comment sont agencés les pièces et je les invite à m'appeler pour répondre à leur interrogation. Martine et Christian sont abordables, des échanges corrects et je trouve dommage d'attendre la fin de leur séjour pour donner leur appréciation/les petits soucis qu'ils ont pu rencontrés selon leur dires. Je les ai contacté aussitôt après leur arrivée et les ai invité à me faire savoir si quelque chose n'allait pas. Leur retour fut très favorable et ravi d'être dans la maison et me précisant que tout allait bien. Ainsi, aujourd'hui, leur retour est assez stupéfiant. Je remercie la majorité de nos clients qui apprécient et reviennent chaque année. Merci pour leur confiance et leur fidélité :)

A magnificent 19th century house close to all shops, restaurants and bars.

First time on holiday in the middle of a town and it was great. No car needed for shopping or eating out. Our host and hostess Corinne and Jean-Marie, were charming and most helpful at all times and responded quickly by phone to our enquiries. The house is magnificently furnished with a modern kitchen and two shower rooms. Only half an hour from Dieppe. Gordon

a memorable vacation

Veules is one of the nicest and charming places we have found in Normandy. Spectacular walks in front of the cliffs at low tide. The Apartment is centrally located, well equipped and a charming place on top of the postal office. This is our fourth time and we are looking Forward to coming back.

ein wunderschönes Haus in einem schönen Ort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im September sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage ist toll, es sind wirklich nur ein paar Hundert Meter zum Strand. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, d.h. Einkaufsmöglchkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig in ein paar MInuten zu erreichen. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir werden sicher gerne mal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank !

Historische Poststation mit ausgezeichnetem Service

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. und 3. Etage der Poststation, liegt ruhig und zentral. Die Ausstattung sehr gut in Stand gehalten und sinnvoll erneurt (Stromsparbirnen, Fernseh/Video/ schneller WLan-Internetzugang). Die Vermieter waren wiederum äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel.

Deuxième séjour dans cette jolie maison pleine de charme décorée avec goût jouissant d'une grande luminosité et d'un confort total (canapés moelleux, literie confortable, équipement de cuisine complet, jeux pour les enfants...). Bien que située en plein centre ville, il règne dans cette maison un calme étonnant (même pas réveillés le jour du marché qui est pourtant installé sous les fenêtres). Le soleil étant bien présent pendant notre séjour nous avons pu profiter du jardin intérieur autant la journée (pour y faire la sieste sur les chaises longues mises à disposition) que le soir sous la guirlande qui donne un petit air "du sud" à ce coin de verdure. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Jean-Marie a même un côté "Merlon l'Enchanteur": à peine nous lui avons signalé un léger problème avec l'abattant des toilettes qu'il a fait apparaître comme par magie un abattant tout neuf qu'il a changé dans l'instant! (prévoyants, la voiture des propriétaires est une véritable "boîte à malices" qui leur permet de remédier immédiatement au plus léger désagrément). Et Veules Les Roses??? impossible de se lasser du décor de ce village avec ses maisons fleuries, ses moulins, ses ruelles pittoresques et sa plage! Séjour très très agréable apprécié autant par les plus âgés (les grands-parents), les enfants et les petits enfants.

Our second stay in this perfect location

We stayed in Corinne and Jean-Marie's house last summer and found it a perfect base for the week in this area of France, so booked it again! The house is right in the centre of everything in the lovely village of Veules les Roses, with the patisserie and various other shops and restaurants on the doorstep and the beach only a few minutes walk away. We have teenage children so the efficient wifi was useful, but there was plenty to suit younger children and an enclosed, secluded gravel garden which was ideal for lounging around and BBQs. The garage is a bonus as parking is probably at a premium in the village. There are a few bicycles in the garage and with the flat, traffic-free paths, I thoroughly enjoyed cycling for the first time in years. Overall it is a very comfortable, well-equipped house, Corinne and Jean-Marie are friendly and welcoming hosts, and the location couldn't be better!
