About this property

2 bedroom and 2 bath recently updated condo across from Siesta Key quartz sand beaches...did I mention Siesta Key beach is the #1 beach in the USA. Perfect location on the Island. Short bike ride to the Village, walk across the street to the beach and tennis courts, short drive to the North Bridge and Stickney bridge, free public transportation across the street so you can go South to Turtle beach or North to the Village. Quiet complex with heated pool, several gas grills, washer/dryer (full) in unit, pool heated to 86 degrees year around, one covered parking spot #83, plenty of parking and club house with library.
Chairs and beach supplies available. 2 week minimum. No pets and no smoking. No smoking means in the unit, on the lanai or anywhere under roof. Thanks for understanding. Local owners for your convenience.
Master bedroom has a king bed with en suite. Guest bedroom has 2 single beds (you can slide 1 bed under the other to create more space) and a desk. Keyless entry to the unit. Minimum rental is 14 days.
$100 fee payable to the homeowners association and an application is due immediately upon booking, & is non-refundable. Ask about getting a boat tour in a 25' Key west boat.

This condo is in a great location.

Troy is a great host. The condo was clean and check in was easy. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prepping. We appreciated the extra supplies, such as laundry, dish soap, beach towels and chairs. The only suggestion is maybe some lamps in the bedroom and hangers for the closets. There is a ton of storage in this condo. We would stay here again.
