*** UPDATE January 2025 - We recently did a major update to our property. We addressed all issues from our previous guests. A total deep cleaning was done from top to bottom. We got a beautiful new couch w/ a chaise, ottoman and 2 new arm chairs to relax in. Chaise can be used to sleep an additional person. All new linens, towels, a new tv to accompany the queen bed in the guest room, new kitchen utensils, glassware, dishware and cookware. We purchased new beach chairs, new coffee maker and a host of other items for a better overall experience.

*We do not have an elevator on property. Even though it is listed, VRBO can't seem to remove it from the description.

Welcome to Cozy Cove located just 1 minute from Turtle beach & 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Amazing water views and a FREE Trolley that runs steps away from our location to Siesta Key Beach & Village. Our guests love it. We have a beautiful 2 story - 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath which sleeps up to 5. TV's in all bedrooms & Smart TV in the living room. We are located on Turtle Lagoon and you can walk to nearby restaurants and Turtle beach next door. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets that have made Siesta Key world-famous. Completely furnished with all the amenities of home including WI-FI & Smart TV Access. This vacation rental is in a great location. The Cozy Cove community, comprised of six intimate units, includes a shared pool, reserved parking, a private boat dock, and just a few minutes away is the Turtle Beach public boat ramp. Boat rentals and water sports available nearby. Additional features include private washer/dryer, fully loaded kitchen, real fireplace, wireless internet, towels, beach chairs, and 2 private patio decks.

*There is a $150 cleaning fee and no other hidden fees by us for the prices quoted except for the 12% Florida tax & the VRBO fee which is added onto the quoted price when booked. We cannot control VRBO fees. * There is no elevator onsite.

It was just 0.2 miles to Turtle Beach, with plenty of parking. We enjoyed being south on the island with very little traffic and noise. The house was comfortable including the master bed. Some of the appliances were old but in working condition. Enjoyed having covered parking with plenty of room.

This is our second time staying here and we had a wonderful time. We spent most of the days dropping our paddle boards into the water and paddling down to midnight pass. The convenience of being close enough to restaurants but still being far enough away to enjoy our quiet time was a perfect mix! Can’t wait to return!

Close to the trolley station which was nice. Quiet neighborhood, Turtles on the Bay restaurant is across the street and was really nice if you don't want to deal with the trolley. Place was clean and nice.

Quiet area of Siesta Key with trolley access. Very comfortable bed and great communication with host. Pool is beautiful but not heated. Enjoyed sitting by lagoon and watching the dolphins. Would stay again.

Spring Break

We stayed during spring break and had a great time. The sunsets at Turtle Beach were better than Siesta Key Beach. If you're traveling with teenagers, you may want to get closer to town as its too far to walk (9 miles). Families with young children and adults you can't go wrong with the location. The island is full of construction due to last season's hurricanes so there's a lot of noise (after 9am). The pool is not heated and too cold to swim in other than that I would stay again.
