Great for those looking to relax or enjoy an active lifestyle, -tennis courts, a fitness center, 2 pools with hot tubs, and grilling/picnic areas are all available on the property. 2 WEEK MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRED

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Tenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.

Beachfront living

This property was a great find. Just steps from a great pool and a few more steps to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Chairs and lounges available on beach. Umbrellas for rent but reserve early, very reasonable. Inside the condo was clean. Walk down to grill. No problem. Overall great stay.
