We had a wonderful stay in a very spacious and beautifully maintained apartment. All was well organized to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable of our three week stay in various cities of Europe. Perpignan is a lovely coastal city and we rented a vehicle to access the local beaches and picturesque villages like Collioure, Céret, St. Cyprien and Canet -en- Roussillon. Our hostess Agnès was very welcoming and informative as she facilitated our access and departure from this memorable VRBO!

Perfect location for a fantastic apartment in a perfectly located town

Spent a month exploring the city and the surrounding area and found something new to see and do nearly every day, mostly within walking distance or a short drive away. The apartment is spacious, stylish, clean and well equipped. The host is helpful and friendly, as were everyone we met in Perpignan. Exceeded expectations on every front.

Well Equipped, Beautiful Apartment

Visited Perpingnan for a rugby weekend. Had a lovely stay, the apartment has everything you would need and some extras. The main bedroom has an amazing rainfall showerhead! The apartment is right in the old town which is a lovely spot and only 20 mins walk from the train station. We were shown around the property by the owners daughter who was very helpful and gave us recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Perpignan.

Designwohnung in der Altstadt

Wir möchten die außergewöhnliche, sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Perpignan eigentlich nicht mehr verlassen wollen. Eine, bestimmt nicht für Feriengäste, durch und durch designte Wohnung mit einer Kochinsel von geschätzt 6m², Glasarbeitsfläche, hochwertige Einbaugeräte und dann die Schränke auch noch in Schleifflack. Sich für Kunst interessierende Gäste werden die durchgehend originalen Bilder an den Wänden begeistern. Ebenso Lampen (z.B. Artemide), Regale und Sitzmöbel. Für 2 Personen war die Wohnung mehr als großzügig mit Schlafzimmern und Bädern ausgestattet. Eine große Terrasse und ein überdachter Gang im Innenhof mit Sitzmöglichkeiten sind ausgesprochen zweckmäßig für wechselnde Wetterverhältnisse. Ein PKW-Stellplatz und ein Fahrstuhl ist im Haus vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und mehr als hilfsbereit. Ein Reifen unseres PKW ist in einen Nagel gefahren, war morgens platt und auf Nachfrage nach einer eventuell bekannten Werkstatt, hat sie uns auch schon abgeholt und mit dem defekten Rad gleich dahin gefahren. Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle! E & V aus Berlin

Das Objekt liegt zentral in der Altstadt und ist sehr ruhig. Alles ist zu Fuss in Kürze erreichbar. Parkplatz verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Viele Stufen. Schade, war das Wetter nicht gut, denn es gibt eine schöne Terrasse.

Très bel appartement au centre de Perpignan

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette location. L’appartement spacieux et convivial avec sa petite terrasse est très agréable et bien équipé. En plus il est super bien placé au centre de Perpignan à côté de la cathédrale, du vieux Perpignan, des commerces et restaurants. Accueil et suivi chaleureux et très attentionnés des propriétaires. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement.

Superbe appartement idéalement situé dans le centre historique.L'équipement est plus que complet et de haut de gamme. Les propriétaires sont charmants et assurent un service parfait et chaleureux. Un gros plus pour le parking situé en bas de l'immeuble et pour la terrasse sans vis à vis. Idéal pour découvrir Perpignan
