HAVEN OF PEACE AND GREENERY NEAR THE SEA

Very nice house in lush greenery, in a quiet area, surrounded by vineyards. The house is very well located 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Canet, bars, restaurants, 3 minutes from shops.
A garden well equipped with games: swimming pool, ping-pong, petanque, trampoline.

Very big room of life and big terrace on stilts vis-a-vis the trees, swimming pool with shutter, 4 rooms, park 1/2 ha.
House has just been renovated and restored to "new", as in the photos

The house is very bright with a living room living room, dining room, kitchen, very spacious TV lounge of over 100m2. It is extended by a large wooden terrace, on stilts overlooking the trees of the garden. The place is very quiet, with lots of trees and we see or hear the wild animals: birds, squirrels, rabbits, hedgehogs, frogs ....
There are 4 Bedrooms: 1 master suite bed 160x200 with bathroom and dressing room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190, closet and bathroom, 1 bedroom double bed 160x200 with closet and 1 bedroom office with 1 single bed 90x200. There is also 1 double bed in the living room TV which has a shower room and adjoining toilet.
Decoration being finalized.

Beautiful property. However be aware of Tiger Mosquitos take plenty of sprays & creams.

Property was amazing and gardens stunning. Only downside was having 2 toilets only one of the bathrooms had a toilet attached. It’s about a 15 min drive to beach, you can’t walk or cycle as no direct route just so you know. Suggest you check the address and directions well before you leave as we did struggle to find the property on our iPhone

Très bel hébergement ,beau parc ,excellente situation ,très calme.Seul problème ,la piscine était inutilisable au bout de quelques jours en raison d'algue verte dans le bassin.Un suivi de la piscine ,ou des informations plus précises sur le fonctionnement , serait à prévoir.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit sehr viel Platz und großem Garten

gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. tolle ruhige Lage perfekt für Ausflüge. Eine schöne Außenküche, wo wir tolle gemeinsame Abende in Familie verbracht haben. Der Garten ist riesig, viel größer als man laut Beschreibung vermutet. Vielen Dank für alles.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Très belle maison conforme à la description, de nombreux équipements intérieurs, de beaux espaces verts, des aménagements nombreux et pratiques pour manger dehors et faire des activités. Localisation parfaite pour la tranquillité. Seul bémol est la présence de nombreux moustiques et le manque de climatisation dans la maison.

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans la maison dont la description est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. Seul bémol : l'absence de climatisation (au moins dans les chambres). Nous avons tous bien profité de la grande piscine et du magnifique jardin. L'emplacement est idéal au calme et proche des commerces. Le mer n'est qu'à 5mn en voiture. Nous espérons y revenir !!!

Maison agréable mais…

Cotes positifs de la maison : espace très appréciable nb de chambres et de salles de bain décoration - cuisine bien faite et avec tout ce qu il faut rien à dire sur la maison en elle même. Très bien équipée. Le MAIS est que l annonce vend un havre de paix et pour nous qui avons dormi dans la chambre parentale très belle : nous avons été dans l impossibilité de dormir fenêtre ouverte car la maison n a pas de climatisation et que des travaux commencent entre 7h30 et 8h30 - un bruit de canalisation d eau vers 3/4 heures de matin et l arrosage de la pelouse également ont eu raison de notre envie de dormir fenêtres ouvertes pour nous rafraîchir. Le Havre de paix vendu sur l annonce n était pas au rdv et ne vous change pas d un quotidien de citadin avec beaucoup de bruits. Les arguments avancés sur le prix et sur le fait que nous n ayons pas de chance ne m ont pas convaincu et je réitère que j aurai aimé savoir que des travaux avaient lieu pour me laisser mon libre arbitre. Le Havre de paix n était pas sur notre quinzaine de vacances et les arguments avancés par la propriétaire ne m ont pas convaincu même si je reconnais sa gentillesse. Je n attendais pas de geste commercial juste la reconnaissance de désagréments. Ceux du mois d août auront peut être plus de chance et ceux de l année prochaine les travaux aux alentours seront peut être finis ou pas !

Bonjour, comme je vous l'ai dit, sincèrement désolée. Vous n'avez pas eu de chance en effet. Les travaux ont cessé après votre départ. Il n'y a pas eu de problème sur la suite de l'été et mes parents y sont depuis début septembre, et ne sont pas dérangés non plus...vous ne m'aviez pas parlé des autres bruits. On aurait pu changé l'h de l'arrosage. Quant à la canalisation d'eau, je ne vois pas de quoi vous parlez, ça ne nous ai jamais arrivé, ni avant, ni depuis.

Belle et grande maison

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas eu l’effet « whaou » car à notre arrivée les extérieurs et l’intérieur étaient vraiment très sales. Malgré les frais de ménage facturés, nous avons dû nettoyer la piscine, les terrasses, les placards, la vaisselle... passé ce désagrément, la maison a été très agréable et notre séjour au top.

Pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Séjour très agréable dans une très belle propriété. Très arborée et très bien entretenue. Très arrangeant pour leur d'arrivée même en plein mois d'août ! Nos trois enfants de 3,4 et 5 ans on trouvé leur bonheur dans les nombreux jeux mis à disposition dans la maison ainsi qu'à l'extérieur. Accès à canet en Roussillon en 5min en voiture sans encombre. Je recommande fortement cette maison
