Best House we’ve been to

Excellent location in a gated community. Brand new renovated very large house with very modern interior. One of the best views in the mediterranean form all the rooms and the patio. Close to many amazing beaches, restaurants and stores.Very large pool and huge outdoor area to relax and enjoy the view. Alzi was very helpful and responsive.

We spent 2 wonderfull weeks in this villa and every day was fantastic. The villa is very well equipped with beautiful furniture and very good kitchenware. Everything was very clean. It was a pleasure to prepare dinner either inside or outside on the plancha. The pool is amazing and sitting on the terrace, watching sunrise or sunset or just the maritime life in the bay of Porto-Vecchio is simply perfect. The view from the terrace is much better in reality than pictures show. Concierge service by Alzi Services was perfect as well and always helpful. We can highly recommend Villa Carpalone for a relaxing stay.

Nous avons trouvé un paradis et nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires. Les matins au lever de soleil , prenant un bain au pool….. Tolle Villa, atemberaubender Blick über die korsische Inselwelt. Modern eingerichtet, gemütlicher Schattenplatz für verbummelte Vormittage, Nachmittage und Aperitif. Gut eingerichtete Küche, alles da, tout ce qu'il faut. Angenehme Betten, schöne, großzügige Bäder. Super und unkompliziert betreut. Beste Voraussetzungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub! Top-Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage mit unglaublichem Blick!!

Wir, zwei Erwachsene +50, haben 1 wunderschöne Woche in der tollen Location verbracht. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die wichtigsten Küchenuntensilien und eine Grundausstattung sämtlicher ‚Hilfsmittel fürs Wohnen‘ sind bei Ankunft vorhanden. Der große Gasgrill (sogar das Gas stand bereit) war gleich angeworfen. Alles im Haus und auf der Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und noch ergreifender als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Der Pool ist einfach wunderbar und wird rund um die Uhr über einen Roboter gereinigt. Das Verweilen auf der Terrasse ist perfekt! Die Lage am Rand von Porto-Vecchio für einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub ist top. Der Concierge-Service von Alzi war prima, mit guten Tipps zum Essengehen. Wir können die Villa mit tollem Ambiente uneingeschränkt für einen sicher unvergesslichen Aufenthalt empfehlen und kommen selbst gerne einmal wieder! Niels

Belle vue

Magnifique villa avec une vue fantastique sur la mer et de beaux levers de soleil sur la grande terrasse. Bien entretenu, propre, calme, bien rangé et bien équipé. 1 toilette pour 6 personnes est certainement rare, les chambres sont sinon assez grandes. Il y a principalement le soleil du matin jusqu'à environ 15 heures en octobre. Les caméras/détecteurs de mouvement dans la maison provoquent des irritations, mais ne sont utilisés qu'à des fins de surveillance dès que la maison est vide. Malheureusement, les serviettes / oreillers / torchons de cuisine, etc. ne sont pas inclus dans le prix et doivent être loués, cela n'a été mentionné nulle part. L'enregistrement et le départ via Alzira ont très bien fonctionné et étaient très sympathiques. Reçu de bons conseils de restaurant.

vue est magnifique

belle villa superbe vue nous avons été a la saison des cocons pour les papillons cela aurait du etre nettoyer seulement qu'une toilette sans fenetre pres de tout, marché, epicerie et un Franky qui grille les poulets et cochons de lait nous avons aimé nos vacances

Séjour à Porto Vecchio

Beau séjour dans une superbe villa, bien équipée et au calme dans un domaine privé tout en étant proche de la ville de Porto Vecchio. La vue est magnifique, l'équipement de qualité et la piscine bien chauffée est un vrai plus surtout par temps mitigé que nous avons eu en juin. Merci également à l'accueil, serviabilité et la disponibilité de Mme Costa.

Nous étions 4 adultes, très jolie maison, calme absolu, vue paradisiaque, piscine superbe. Juste une remarque, que cette location vu le prix ait les bases du nécessaire( assaisonnement, papier toilette, sacs poubelles etc.. ) ce serait la moindre des choses. Merci

Il y a normalement en début de séjour un minimum qui vous est laissé (papier toilette, sacs poubelles, assaisonnement....). Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette maison. La vue est époustouflante. La villa est très calme et très bien entretenue. Alzira est facilement joignable et réactive, elle a également été très flexible vu le retard de notre vol... Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fantastic views, smart villa with good amenities.

Very nice villa with superb views and great facilities. The villa is nicely decorated, with good levels of detail. The outside area is very relaxing and we enjoyed several evenings with a BBQ and swimming in the heated pool. The villa is private and secure. A car is essential but Porto Vecchio is a short distance away and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets to go to. Lots of good beaches within 15-30 minutes and Bonifacio is an easy drive. Alzira was very attentive and charming. She sorted out a minor issue with the pool robot very quickly. She was on hand to give recommendations and made everything very easy for us despite our lack of French language skills. Thank you Alzira !

Great location - very well equiped!!

We spend one week in the beautiful house with three children (7-9-11 years) and two adults. All items within the house are in a very good shape and the kitchen was very well equiped. We received detailed information prior to our stay and all our questions were answered right away. The pool and the view is fantastic. The kids love it! We are planning to come back in the near future. Simon

Comme les américains diraient "amazing view,awesome", en bref une vue à couper le souffle sur la baie de porto vecchio et sur les plages de cala rossa. Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques dans cette agréable maison profitant de la douceur de la piscine à 28° (agréable quand la mer n'est pas encore la). Alzira, qui manage la maison, est géniale et nous a fourni plein de tuyaux ou bonnes adresses pour découvrir les bonnes tables. +++
