Garden with heated heated swimming pool, large terrace facing south. Themed rooms. One of the bedrooms with shower room is independent.
5 min by bike from the beaches, 10 min by bike from Lake Hossegor, 5 min by car from downtown Hossegor, near the port of Capbreton.
Fully equipped, comfortable house with parquet floors in all rooms. Recently renovated. Television, Internet. Garage in the basement.

Maison superbe et trés bien située, en plein golf.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Hossegor et la maison est spectaculaire. Je le recommande pour son confort, sa situation et son jardin avec piscine. Merci Eric et Sophie

Super séjour au cœur du golf de Seignosse

Une semaine très sympa dans cette maison idéalement située à proximité de l’océan et d’Hossegor. Parfaitement aménagée, rien ne manque pour profiter au maximum des vacances, nous nous sommes régalés !
