Tranquility by YVR Airport 空港静舍

My house is less than 15-minute drive away from Vancouver International Airport. It's located on a no-through side street in a safe neighborhood of Richmond. The guest bedroom is only 100 square feet in size with a queen-size bed and an updated private full bathroom. The suite is separated from the main house by a French door. It also has its own entry. Bridgeport sky-train station is less than 10-minute drive away. Bus routes to sky-train station are within walking distance. Other than the host, I am also a working mom with a part-time job. I like smiling, travelling, cooking, meditation and exercising. My interests include music and personal health. As a B&B host, I am privileged of being able to make friends from all over the world. I speak English and Mandarin. The suite is licensed through municipal government. No matter how busy I am, guest experience is always my number one priority.By the way, if you are a senior perfectionist, pls let go of my simple but cost-effective BnB. Thanks!

I sanitize the whole suite with alcohol wipes, and all bedding is washed with detergent and disinfectant. I am a 9‑year Super Host & Premier Host. All amenities available and unavailable are clearly stated in my listing, and I keep improving based on guest feedback. Please read my listing before booking. You get what you pay for. This suite offers great value for money in this area. It is compact with no TV, hence the affordable price. I take all guest feedback seriously, including recent comments. I have reviewed my cleaning process and will keep up strict hygiene standards for every stay.

Thanks for your feedback! All bedding is thoroughly sanitized between guests, consistent with five-star hotel standards. It is standard across the industry to reuse linens, and we replace full sets of linens on a regular basis to keep everything clean.

the bed had sand in it,,,,sheets had stains,,,towels were small as for kids...it was just a room ...no tv...lights came on at 3 a.m....bad experience.....not going back...

We clean the suite thoroughly . We found no sand in the bed after checkout and could not locate the stains you described. All towels are standard adult size, not children’s towels. As for the light turning on at 3 a.m., this room has no automatic lighting. It might be the table lamp not fully turned off. We regret your unsatisfactory experience.

You get what you pay for.The space is small and would be fine if you only plan on sleeping and showering and nothing else.There is a glass door that separates the VRBO from the rest of the house that does not lock. We did not feel very safe with the door and the fact that anyone could walk through at any time.

My listing clearly states this is a private compact suite, not an entire house. The glass partition door has a lock plus privacy curtain, and no one can enter without permission. I only entered after knocking and receiving your consent to explain your booking details. After checking in, you showered, slept and ate in the suite. You left the same evening and demanded a full refund, filing a bank chargeback. I have worked as a Superhost and Premier host for 9 years. No prior guest has raised concerns about unauthorized access to this suite. It is unclear why two guests expected a full house rental. All property information was fully disclosed in the listing. I’m sorry for this misunderstanding.

The rooms were clean but found them small/compact. Host was very kind & checked up on how things were, very receptive, parking was good. There is parking for 3 vehicles only in front of the trees, however if a vehicle is parked partly too forwards or back off the middle, it makes others to park appropriately.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower has great water pressure, and the host was friendly. It was a little far from central Richmond but close enough to bus stops to make it not much of a hassle.

A lovely place close to the airport

Very comfortable and clean place to stay! The host was great, she communicated everything I needed before hand and checked in with us after the first night to see if there was anything we needed. It was less than ten minutes to the airport.
