As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting spacious atmosphere, with tasteful decor that pays homage to the home's heritage.
Our space has a large King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, both with blackout curtains and ample closet space and dressers.
The living room invites relaxation, with the ability to accommodate 2 additional guests (totalling 6 guests). Rest assured you can unwind after a day of exploring the city or catch up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV with Wifi. We have also provided a functional desk so you can work from home.
The kitchen is recently updated with modern amenities, featuring ample space to prepare delicious meals. Whip up your culinary creations using the provided cookware and utensils, then gather around the large dining table to enjoy a memorable meal with your loved ones.
Off the kitchen, you'll find a quaint covered back porch that is shared with the neighbour's unit, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the sunshine as it is south facing.

An absolute vibe, beds were super comfy. The cafe is delicious! I highly recommend if you want a chill stay, close to basically everything Vancouver has to offer.
Mackenzie was super helpful and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed ;)) and we LOVED the coffee shop and cafe below the unit and the walkability to the grocery store. Very nostalgic place to stay!

Close to airport and an easy drive up to the U of BC campus. Lovely charm in the unit with an awesome bathtub! Lots of space of everyone in our family. It is on a busier street so the traffic was constant and a long flight of stairs so not accessible. Overall a lovely stay and host was easy to connect with.
We rented the apartment for three nights. Had a fantastic stay. Checked in without having to meet anyone, very spacious, clean, and accurate to the listing photos. Very old building with creaky floors, but tons of character. Great communication with the building manager. Highly recommend and I hope this unit is available next time I need to rent.

We liked that the property was big enough to accommodate 6 as advertised. It was close to restaurants and commercial establishments. Towels were clean and kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied; We didn't like that it had long stairs, parking was on the street although we were lucky getting a spot close to the property during our stay; we could hear cars going by; creaky floors; musty smells permeated around. We also found a mouse trap behind the bed, though we didn't see any mice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming space and the host was genuinely interested in our comfort. We knew that the third bed was in the living room and a pullout couch and that it did not have AC. What we did not realize was that room also did not have windows that could open. Unfortunately we were in town for one very warm day/night. This is most certainly beyond the hosts control! I would stay again.
The decor was excellent, old building with new appliances and decor.
There was road construction so traffic was a mess, not the fault of anyone, just an ongoing thing in Van. Road noise was bad.
The whole suite was fully equipped - full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and absolutely charming! I do not hesitate to divulge that I am OCD and extremely impressed! The neighborhood foot traffic is quiet, the street is litterally clean. Grocery store well within walking distance, very suitable for family and friends that enjoy a peaceful stay
