Our family had a wonderful time. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the location was so convenient. Watching the sea turtles and amazing sunsets from the lanei was a daily favorite during our trip. Condo was super bright and well appointed throughout, making our stay that much more memorable. We had a family of 7 with 3 young kids and grandparents. Loads of room for us all to move around and the views are spectacular. Steps from the beach and pool and the unit had all the amenities for us, beach chairs, body boards, cooler for picnics. We would definitely stay here again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so clean and comfortable. It was the best place I have stayed. The beds were amazing and the pool and beach was perfect. The Beach House Restaurant has great food. The property owner is the best. I would highly recommend this condo for your trip to Maui.

Wonderful to hear that you and your family had such a good time at the property. I am so glad that when we were emailing back and forth about finding dates for a future trip that you mentioned the kiddie pool. Since we have 2 teenagers I tend to focus on the bigger pool and spa, tennis courts & basketball court; forgetting what a benefit the kiddie pool is for families with small children. The kiddie pool is conveniently located on the other side of the on-site restaurant and only steps from the "big" pool. It is completely gated, has a hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs for the adults to relax while watching the little ones in the shallow pool. There is even a water feature. I provide a Pack n play, high chair, baby bath tub and some toys in the unit...you just need to bring the family.

Quiet and Private

Away from the board walk - peaceful, calm and accommodating. The turtles off the beach, the pool, and restaurant made it difficult to leave the resort. We look forward to our return!!!!!

Very clean and very well stocked condo with amazing view. We saw whales, seals and many sea turtles from the balcony and beach. The owners review book in the condo was very helpful and the best we have seen with a lot of information about local shopping/restaurants with personal/guests reviews. Terrific location to watch whales late Dec / early Jan. Saw whales from both balconies, bedroom, even from the shower! Nice beach, great restaurant onsite and within walking distance as well as shops, groceries, and a coffee shop. Unit was well stocked with beach equipment.

Absolutely perfect!

Host was responsive and kind. Property was better looking in person then in the pictures… huge space with amazing views! The beach was easily accessed and a great place for the whole family to swim besides huge turtles every day (but don’t touch them.). Great location with short drives to restaurants and shopping. What an amazing place we will come to visit and stay again in the future.

Great Oceanfront Condo

This condo is remodeled beautifully and has every amenity you could want in the kitchen as well as for the beach! We are fellow vacation rental owners and know what makes a vacation rental great. The location is fantastic and the unit very clean. The views are amazing!! We will definitely stay here again…in fact we looked at booking for Feb 2024 but the unit is already booked!

Sands of Kahana was a home run for our 30th Anniversary trip with our family! The condo was immaculate, the host, Cynthia, was responsive and helpful and the property was beautiful. From the turtles to the sunsets, our views from the lanai were breathtaking! The beach felt private and very swimable- we spent hours floating and snorkeling right in front of the condo! Captains Jacks, the onsite restaurant had amazing food and drinks- the steak was a favorite! The property is conveniently located near great restaurants and shops. The condo had all the amenities on hand (great coffee maker, extra bedding, boogie boards and snorkel equipment and beach towels)! Comfy beds, a spacious kitchen and living areas made the condo an easy place to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer! We will be back!

Since we still have school age children I have found that a beach vacation is usually the most enjoyable for everyone. Living on the West Coast, Hawaii continued to be a place that we would return to time and time again. We also own 2 other units in the same building. Why they chose this property

What can we say? We just love Sands of Kahana and own 3 units here in the same building (874377 & 1278701). We had been looking for several years for the perfect Hawaiian family condo. The condo had to be on a swimmable beach, have fantastic views and enough room for everyone to stretch out. When our friend bought a condo here and I saw his unit and the location, I told him that is exactly what we are looking for. We have really enjoyed unit 391 so when the unit below us (382) became available we purchased it.
And here we are, we couldn't pass up this unit (343) being that it is a corner unit and offers amazing unobstructed views and a different floor plan. Something for everyone. These units offer everything that I was hoping for to make our family vacations fun and memorable and any adult only vacations relaxing.
