Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, confort absolu pour 4 personnes, sans vis à vis et avec une vue imprenable! Résidence très bien entretenue avec piscine, tennis et terrain de pétanque ! trés bel appartement

nous avons passez un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. il est conforme à la description et très fonctionnel . Toutes pièces sont climatisées c 'est très agréable par forte chaleur . Il est situé à 15 minutes à pied des plages et des commerces de Sainte Maxime. Il dispose d'une piscine collectif ou l' on peut si rendre à notre convenance pendant les heures d'ouverture. Je remercie Mr Barrée pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et pour tout les renseignements qu'il ma fourni pour que notre arrivée se passe dans de bonne conditions à la résidence. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, si je reviens dans la région je le reloue sans hésitation.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meer Blick

Die Kommunikation mit Bernard war gut. Er spricht Englisch. Das ältere Paar dass die Übergabe macht spricht aber nur Französisch. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (inklusive Strand Equipment für Kinder) , bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Golf von St.Tropez und man hat sogar kostenlosen Zugang zur Pool Anlage des Wohnblocks. Für Ausflüge zu nahen Stränden bieten sich die beiden Fahrräder inklusive 2 Kindersitzen an. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Married couple with grand children, we like to play tennis, golf and riding our bicycle.

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy this area during our vacation time and decided to buy a secondary residence in a quiet and family condo with swimming pool and tennis courts.
There is also a byke way all along the coast, we even went to Saint Tropez by bike.

What makes this property unique

If you like restaurants, there are many in the small streets of the city center and on the sea front.
If you prefer to stroll around watching nice boats, there are plenty in the marina.
For tennis players, 2 courts are available. If you like to go backpacking, the "massif des Maures"
is great. If like us you practice Golf, you'll find in the area: Bluegreen
de Sainte Maxime, Golf de Beauvallon.
