You want the sun, the blue sky, the sea, the scents of the Midi and relaxation in peace in a small corner of paradise So come to our Provencal villa (classified 3 stars) which offers you an idyllic setting of the French Riviera and which allows you to give yourself to your heart. With a flowered and closed garden of approximately 400 m2, bathed in the scent of umbrella pines, cypresses, mimosas, lavenders and oleanders, it welcomes you with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, bathroom all with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, 2 terraces, one of which is 70m2 in Bavarian flagstone with a beautiful view over the golf course and pine forests; charming pergola covered with plants and flowers. In one of the most popular areas of Ste Maxime, free access (about 500 m): large 20x10 m swimming pool, children's pool, open from May 1 to September 30. 5 tennis courts. Full household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, TV with English and German channels, ect, TNT, DVD, Wifi, baby cot.
Our mazet is in an exceptional geographical location, close to the beach and the town center, with a very beautiful view, quiet and far from the famous summer traffic jams of St Tropez.
- The residence is completely secure, you can park your car in the private car park just 30m from the house.
- There are not many rentals. Most of the villas are second homes. Some have their own swimming pool. Therefore, the large swimming pool (20x10m) of the residence is never saturated;
- Cycling life is quite possible in our region. Close to home, there is a wide and well-marked cycle path that takes you either to the beach or to the city center. Note that this track extends to St Tropez. There is also the cycle path of the old little train of the Pignes (a beautiful road, calm, in the nature, with sea view) on the side of Issambres, which extends over 8 km.
All the household appliances are of good quality as well as the equipment of the house.

Lovely view over the valley looking at the golf course on the other hill

The host is very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is lovely located on a hill overlooking a valley with on the opposite a beautifull golf course. Walking to the center of Sainte Maxime is a good excercise (30 minutes) where one can find many restaurants.

Lovely stay

Lovely peaceful location in Saint Maxime with views across the hills and within half an hour walk to the centre. Size of property worked well for the three of us. Good internet and comfortable living room. Could do with a few more coffee cups in the kitchen! Tennis courts a real bonus (when we found them). Friendly and informative host and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The house had a nice garden and a beautiful view with a great garden.It was clean and well equiped. a very silent neighbourhood.It took a walk of about 20 or 30 minutes to go to the beach. You have to go up hill if you return so must bot have walking problems.You need a car because the shops ate far away.This is aperfect place for nature lovers who want to relax. If you are looking for shops, bars and reataurants you should go to the center of Sainte Maxime.This is a perfect place four are

Ein sehr schön gelegenes kleines Mazet in „den Hills“ von Sainte-Maxime, das alles hat, was man braucht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Zweit Terrassen und ein schöner Weitblick. Der kleine Fußmarsch über den Berg von 35 Minuten zum Ortskern ist durchaus machbar. Alles war sehr sauber! Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich die Woche über rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Ich komme gerne wieder…Postskriptum: Swimmingpool und Tennisplätze habe ich nicht gesehen und kann sie auch nicht bewerten

Déçus de la prestation, de recevoir le contrat le jour même avec des suppléments non stipulés dans l’annonce. Suite à un problème familial nous n’avons pas séjourné la seconde semaine et aucun geste ni remboursement sachant que nous n’avions payé la totalité à la réservation soit 3 mois avant. Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse und herrlichem Ausblick.

Gepflegtes Reihenendhaus mit guter Ausstattung. Die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick über das Hinterland der Küste hat uns am besten gefallen. Die Klimaanlage ist neu und ausreichend demissioniert um das Haus angenehm zu kühlen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat zwei neue Matratze, auf denen man ausgezeichnet schläft. Das zweite Gästezimmer hat insgesamt 4 Schlafplätze. Hier sind zwei normale Schlafplätze. Zwei weitere sind als Hochbett unter der Decke konzipiert. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer freundlich und komplikationslos.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Häuschen in gepflegter individueller Ferienanlage

Sehr schönes Häuschen in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage mit schönen Terrassen. Leider war es für Anfang Mai recht kühl, das Haus kann nur über Klimageräte geheizt werden. Wir wurden sehr nett mit frischen Zitronen aus dem Garten empfangen. Die Schlüsselhalterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein wenig Grundausstattung für die Küche (Spülmittel, Spülschwamm, Geschirrspültabs) wäre schön gewesen. Die sonstige Küchenausstattung ist gut und vollständig. Die Matratze war leider recht durchgelegen, vor allem auf der linken Seite. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine sehr schön gepflegte Anlage mit sehr netten Vermietern. Leider ist es fußläufig recht weit in die Stadt bzw. zum Strand. Auch Lebensmitteleinkäufe muss man wohl eher mit dem PKW erledigen. Trotz der kleinen Einschränkungen eine Unterkunft, die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbarer Sommerurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, der Garten mit dem Ausblick ein Traum, die Vermieterin sehr nett und stets bemüht, dass alles zur Zufriedenheit verläuft. Das Gartenmobiliar ist nicht mehr das Neuste, aber für den Urlaubsaufenthalt noch i.O. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Frühjahr 2023

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen Umgebung, vor allem um diese Jahreszeit erleben dürfen. Nachdem wir mit etwas Mühe das Objekt gefunden hatten, waren wir voll zufrieden. Parkplatz am Haus, das Haus selbst bietet alles was man braucht, die nachmittägliche Sonne konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse und im Garten genießen. Eine Epcerie zum täglichen Baguettekauf ist bergab fußläufig, große Jardanerien sowie Großmärkte (Aldi marché, Lidl, Intermarché) sind am Ort, der nächste E. Leclerc in Cogolin mittels PKW gut zu erreichen. Bedingt durch die Bauweise an der Côte d'Azur haben wir von den Klimaanlagen im Haus reichlich Gebrauch gemacht, da das Objekt rasch auskühlt, was im Sommer evt. zum Vor-, in der kühleren Jahreszeit eher zum Nachteil gereicht. Très joli mazet avec deux belles terrasses

Séjourné première semaine d'octobre. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, très disponible également durant le séjour. Très beau jardin avec belle vue dégagée sans vis à vis et deux belles terrasses. Coin très tranquille. Quelques petites choses à rénover (canapé) ou à réparer (porte de douche) mais dans l'ensemble le matériel est ok (super frigo) Place de parc à 10m. Plage à 2m. en voiture. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Tolles Haus in idealer Lage !! Perfekt mit Hund!

Es war ein toller Urlaub!! Ideal für uns als Familie mit Hund. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und in der Nähe gibt es einen tollen Panoramaweg um gassi zu gehen. Ein Bäcker um frisches Baguette und Croissants zu kaufen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Pool und Tennisplätze auch nur kurze Wege. Mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten zum Strand und zum Supermarkt in Saint Maxime. Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank!!

Sehr schönes Haus in Sainte Maxime mit herrlichem Blick von der Terasse. Nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geignet, da das Haus in einem Hang liegt 10-16% Steigung der Straßen zum Haus. Mit dem Auto aber alles kein Problem, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Verschiedene Strände innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Rad oder Auto zu erreichen.

Schöner Ort mit schönem Strand,

Das Haus liegt ruhig auf dem Berg, schönes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und schönem Blick. Das Inventar ist veraltet und müsste dringend mal ausgetauscht werden auch die Stühle und der Tisch auf beiden Terrassen müßten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das erste was wir machen mußten die Kaffeemaschine sauber machen und die Gläser und Tassen Spülen da die scheinbar in der Maschine ohne Tap gespült worden sind. Die Strände die in der Gegend sind schön aber nur für Menschen die keinen Hund haben. Überall Hundeverbot, es gibt Strände wo man mit Hund hin kann, da kann man aber nicht Schwimmen da das Meer dort voll mit Felsen und Steinen ist
