Next to CARANTEC, south facing house completely renovated (delivered April 20, 2016) with 3 ch 13 m2 each including a ground floor (1lit 140 with electric hinged bed base.

On the floor two rooms with a bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90) and a toilet. In RDC1 independent toilet.

2 bathrooms (one with bath and the second with shower), a kitchen, a TV lounge, a technical room with washing machine and dryer.

A veranda with bench and armchairs, a playroom of 25 m2 with pool table football.

The garden is closed and private (400 m2) no vis avis little passage the road serves only a dozen houses path nearby (50 meters) with little passage ideal for cycling with beginners who will have on-site bike adapted to each age from tricyle through the bike with small wheels up to MTB woman and man equipped baby seat ..

Séjour magnifique à renouveler !

Un accueil génial , une maison très bien agencée et super équipée , entourée d'un jardin très bien entretenu . Adultes comme enfants peuvent profiter de vélos , de jeux de société , d'un billard , d'un kicker , d'une table de ping-pong , de transats .La région offre de nombreuses possibilités de visites . Josiane et André vous recevront les bras ouverts. Absolument à recommander !!!

Une maison et des hôtes au top

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec un agréable jardin et dispose d’un salle de jeux, un énorme atout pour petits et grands. Elle est aussi très bien située et nous a permis de rayonner entre Carantec et Aber Benoît, tout en passant par Roscoff, la côte des légendes ou Meneham. Un grand merci Josiane and André, qui ont été particulièrement accueillants et serviables. Nous recommandons sans hésitation pour un séjour en famille.
