T1 in a pretty Catalan village on the ground floor, to make the most of the SUN (300 days / year in our region) terrace and fenced garden + semi outdoor jacuzzi and small relaxation room, games room (table football, board games .for all.) and fitness room, available and privatized on reservation (table at the reception), 15 minutes from the sea, WIFI - ANIMALS welcome! (warn to welcome him)
Short stays possible 2,3, 4 depending on availability.

Price per week between 350 € and 500 € depending on season.



ACCOMMODATION: Very bright living room with TV and Wifi - Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, microwave. Bedroom with comfortable bed 140, storage - Tiled bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC - SHEETS and linens PROVIDED! Baby equipment available on request.

Enjoy the comfort of the pretty village of Salses le chateau, with all facilities nearby (SPAR 100 meters, restaurants, butcher, bakery, beauty salon ...), its fortress, animations, the beaches of Leucate, Barcarès, Canet , Sainte-Marie at 15 -20 minutes.

Possibility to accommodate 6 people + 1p with extra bed by renting the independent T2.

Un appartement au top avec de chouette propriétaire.

Nous avons vécu un magnifique séjour. Nous sommes venu avec nos trois chiens et ils ont été accueilli comme des rois. ❤ Les propriétaires sont deux personnes en or. Ils allient sympathie,compréhension et joie de vivre. Nous avons adoré aussi la passion de madame pour les jeux de société :-) et avons apprécié pouvoir y jouer

Una casa fantástica con todo lo necesario para estar unos días de vacaciones, mis perros estubieron muy bien disfrutando del jardín y fueron recibidos con un detalle de los propietarios de la casa, además habían dejado bebedora y comedores par ellos en la casa. La casa está impecablemente limpia. El jacuzzi es fabuloso y la atención hacia nosotros fue inmejorable. Sin duda volveremos, espero sea pronto. Muchas gracias por todo Nathalie y Jean Michel

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.Le gîte a correspondu complètement à nos attente et les propriétaires très aimables ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins. La voie de chemin de fer à proximité n'a aucunement perturbé nos moments de repos y compris au jardin.

Studio de très bonne qualité. Équipé tout confort avec du matériel neuf. Literie très agréable. Sur place se trouvent jacuzzi salle de sports et salle de jeux. Jardin avec salon extérieur attenant au studio. Propriétaires demeurent sur place. Couple charmant., avenant et très sympathique sans etre trop present. Séjour parfait. Je recommande cette adresse a mes amis. Prestation de grande qualité que je classerais personnellement 5 étoiles.

Accueil très chaleureux, le studio est très bien équipé avec jardin terrasse face au soleil , il es situé à 15/20 min de la mer barcares une belle plage mise à part le vent . De nombreuses activités de jeu sont à la disposition du client , le seul inconvénient que je peux dire c'est le passage du train fréquent. Sinon dans l'ensemble j'ai passé un excellent séjour . A.T
