Beautiful place to be!

This was our second stay at this home. It is a perfect place to stay right on the beach. There is more than enough room for our family of five. Great location for making day trips to the areas biggest attractions. Perfect for a day on the beach.

The house was perfect for a multigenerational family trip. The location was ideal and the home clean and well taken care of. Julie was responsive and helpful when an issue arose with the internet, and stayed until it was resolved.

Great Beach House & Location

This house was perfect for our July 4th getaway. Easy access to the beach and surrounding area. Because the beach is private, there were no crowds. The house is better than the pictures. Its warm decor is so welcoming and the house was very clean. Julie is amazing to work with. Very responsive and not intrusive as an owner. Look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful property!

We loved our stay. You can't beat the view and beach access. Especially loved the grounds with the beautiful palm trees and green space with awesome porch and beach access. The house was clean, had everything we needed. Ran into a plumbing issue but they worked on it quickly. Julie was extremely responsive.

Best house on Cocoa Beach

We love this house. Especially after the renovations! What a beautiful place, in front of the most perfect, pristine beach. The house is clean, updated, spacious, warm, and welcoming. We have now stayed here twice and are planning our future visits. Julie is fantastic, super responsive, and just a nice person. We really love this house. Recommend it 100%.

Our family absolutely loved this house. Julie seemed to think of every little extra touch to make us comfortable and happy for a Christmas away from home. She was a pleasure to deal with. And the house has been beautifully renovated, well stocked and is on an ideal spot. The views from the house, lawn and deck are amazing. And it's a short stroll to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and quirky stores. Can't recommend it enough!

Super spot on the beach

My wife and I invited our three children with their better half for a week on the beach. Julie's house was the perfect setting for such a gathering. We spent a lot of time on the beach and on the deck. We shared many meals al fresco enjoying the morning sun and evening breeze...not to mention very animated happy hours! Thanks Julie! P.S. We were fortunate enough to see a SpaceX rocket lift off from Cape Canaveral during our stay. This we will remember for the rest of our life!

Beautiful home!!

Everything was clean and the location is perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were plenty of beach towels and beach amenities for us to use during our stay. The only "bad" thing that I could say about the property is the water. For some reason the tub in the master bedroom upstairs did not work? And the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent. You would get 5 mins of extremely hot water then 5 minutes of extremely cold water. But it wasn't a big deal to us! Other than that the property was great! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Cocoa Beach-Johnson

It was a beautiful house, well appointed and the view was spectacular. The only complaints was lack of bath towels and washcloths. There was only one bath towel per person and 2 wash cloths. I refuse to use a wash cloth more than once, so I had to go out and buy wash cloths! I can use a bath towel more than one time, would have preferred two. Also the internet was terrible. It would sometimes work and the TV was the same way.

Great place to stay and convenient location.

Overall we had a great stay. We relaxed on the beach during the day and headed into town later in the afternoon to enjoy some local eateries and tourist spots. The house was equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was also a short walk on the beach to Coconuts on the Beach for a late evening cocktail. The only drawback I would mention that needs to be addressed is the upstairs bathroom water temp. We never had a warm shower. We followed the instructions for the water temp being backwards but the shower was either scorching hot for two minutes followed by cold water or slightly warm at best. No one else had a cold shower but us in the upstairs bath. Other than that, it was awesome! The owners even left us a gift basket up front with goodies that the kids enjoyed! I would stay again. The view and short walk to the beach are a big incentive to stay here.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay and highly recommend staying at Julie's home on Cocoa Beach. The views are stunning and the home is directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and we all took advantage of the various beach toys and chairs. We particularly enjoyed the deck area with lovely umbrellas and lots of seating. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so our family of adults had privacy. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for nights that we cooked. We hope to stay again at Julie's home if we are in the area.
