Uzes beautiful area, very wooded, near the Haribo Museum. Large pool (9X9m) 4 300m² garden and park (old olive grove).

Villa air-conditioned design of 81 sqm, renovated in 2016, comfortable, built around a traditional stone Mazet, 10 m from a beautiful capitelle shepherd dated 1807. It is a new construction (2016) and totally independent. The linen is provided (towels, bath towels and bed), free internet. Living / dining room, flat-screen TV with satellite. Open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine (appliance labels), toaster and kettle. Cleaning products are provided. Bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet. A bedroom with king size bed (180X200), 2nd bedroom, ideal for children, is equipped with two single beds (90X200).

By car, you can reach the city center in about 5 minutes. Artisan baker 1 minute, Carrefour shopping center in 2 minutes.

The region was distinguished in 2015 by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve (the Gorges du Gardon, Uzes and Nimes, June 9, 2015).

Très bien

3 supers semaines dans cette maison très agréable, bien agencée où rien ne manque ! Le plus, son jardin ainsi que sa terrasse très agréable et sa localisation au calme. Cette maison est également toute proche des chemins de randonnée avec en prime une chouette piscine ronde pour se rafraîchir ! Top!

beau mazet avec pièces spacieuses idéale pour 4 personnes et grande piscine disponible et sécurisée pour les enfants. Les propriétaires sont juste à coté et disponibles en cas de besoin. La villa est cloturée mais avec celle des proprios donc si chien il a acces à leur maison aussi .

Nahezu perfekte Ausstattung (schön wären zusätzlich Toaster und Weinkühler), freundliche, diskrete und zugleich um das Wohl der Mieter besorgte Gastgeber! Lage ideal mit ca. 4km (per Tag) ins Stadtzentrum. Gerne wieder!

I have chosen this property for its quietness and green nature. I spent one and a half years to turn it into a little piece of sunny paradise and invested a lot in its high standard equipment. I have lived myself here for a while.

I believe this resort is unique because of the beauty of its pool and garden, the size of its private park, and the feeling that you don't have to make compromises on comfort during your holidays.
