This beautifully-decorated 1st-floor condo in the desirable community of Ciboney, offers all the comforts of home while providing easy accessibility to our own private stretch of Destin's famous emerald waters and crystal beaches.

Step into the cool, tiled hallway with its soothing tropical tones and you are headed straight for the open-concept living area with flat screen TV. The bright white, airy kitchen and a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining table has seating for six, so there's plenty of room for family dinners together. The comfortable, tastefully designed living room with flat screen TV opens to the large, covered patio where you can relax with a cool drink, while "drinking" in the breathtaking view. The unit includes Wireless Internet.

After a day on the beach, or dinner at nearby Pompano Joe's, come home to rest in one of the nicely updated bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and the Master bedroom has a walkout to the patio where you can wake up to the panoramic ocean landscape. The guest bedroom has 1 king bed while the third bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. This unit is perfect for families traveling together, a guy's golfing trip or a girlfriend getaway. The unit is complete with a full-sized washer and dryer, so no more vacation laundry when arriving back home. But we warn you–it's hard to leave this place!

The neighborhood has no through-traffic, which is greatly appreciated by families with kids. There is plenty of parking, tennis courts and a private pool.

Everything you need is nearby including Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin, Harborwalk and all the different Destin attractions and recreational activities. There is truly something for every member of the family. From arts and culture to eco-tourism, from fine dining to quick bites, from sports and adventure to shopping and spas; the Destin area has it all.

Rent a boat or paddleboard. Play golf or stumble upon a treasure on the beach or at one of the many shopping areas. Go deep-sea fishing or explore the famed, expansive Choctawhatchee Bay in what is known as the "world's luckiest fishing village." Destin-dining is also world-famous among foodies and regular folks alike. You can skydive, sail, cruise, dolphin watch, and explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida. Or you can simply exhale and relax...

Pet friendly close to beach. Kinda noisy at times. (Spring Breakers) Condo not disappointing other than an old coffee pot. Need pod updated. Had lots of beach stuff but we brought our own. Once we figured out the sign on a passwords we enjoyed our stay. Need to add premium streaming capabilities. Miramar Beach is beautiful. It is our 3rd time in 2 years.

Location, Location Location! Amazing First Floor condo right across the street from the beach. You have a private gated entrance to the beach just for Ciboney Condos. Pet Friendly as well. Short distance to Pet Walk area. Restaurants, Ice Cream ,Shopping within Walking Distance. Plenty of Room with Spacious Bedrooms. Comfortable Mattresses. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice condo. Bunkbed room was very small but served our needs. Pet area could be bigger. Had a few issues but the maintenance was there within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend & stay again!

Great week at the beach

My family and I had a great week at the beach. The condo meet our needs and was clean. The room with bunk beds is very small but we made it work. Other than the garbage disposal and ice maker not working we had no issues. It’s a great spot- close to the beach! We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts as well.

we had a lovely stay at this property! everything was clean, the patio was lovely, and the walk to the beach was quick. communication with the hosts leading up to our trip was prompt and kind. be sure to come prepared with cooking oils and spices if you plan to cook as well as tin foil, zip lock bags, tupperware, etc. as this property isn’t fully equipped. other than that, we could not be happier with our stay!

Perfect spring break

It was a great time. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, and the beach was gorgeous. We would highly recommend. My only complaint is that my two adult sons did not fit in the bunk room as expected, it was more like the size of a closet. No dresser, no closet and no fan.
