Hello Sammy, Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and that you’d stay with us again. It means a lot to know we made your time at the beach a good one. We look forward to hosting you on your next getaway! Warmly, The Coastline Condos Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the location wasn’t what you were expecting during your stay. For clarification, Maravilla 1108 is described as a ground-floor condo with peek-a-boo Gulf views and private beach access just across the street. The condo itself is not advertised as beachfront. The “beachfront” wording in the listing refers specifically to Resort Pool #1, which is located on the beach side of the property. We always want our listing details to be as clear and transparent as possible so guests know exactly what to expect before arriving, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the easy beach access. We also appreciate your feedback regarding toiletries. We provide a starter set to help guests settle in comfortably, and for extended stays, we recommend bringing or picking up additional supplies as needed. Your insight is helpful and allows future guests to plan accordingly. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay on the Emerald Coast soon. Warm regards, -The Coastline Team

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry the location wasn’t as close to the beach as you expected, and we appreciate you letting us know you’d prefer Building 2 for your next stay we’d be happy to note that as your preference moving forward. We also apologize for the cleanliness concerns with the silverware and dishes, as well as the issues with the icemaker and toaster. That’s not the experience we want for our guests, and we’ll be addressing those items with our team to ensure everything is properly cleaned, inspected, and fully functional prior to arrival. We’re glad the washer was replaced quickly and that part was resolved for you. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a rating. We’re sorry to see that your experience did not fully meet expectations. During the stay, our team responded to assist with the lock concern and also serviced the beeping smoke detector as quickly as possible. While on-site, we became aware that a dog was present that had not been included on the reservation at the time of booking. For the safety of our guests, properties, and HOA requirements, all pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and any applicable pet fees must be paid. We always strive to be transparent with our policies and responsive when issues arise, and we appreciate the opportunity to assist during your stay. Thank you again for visiting.

Thank you so much for your 4-star rating! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and would love to hear any additional feedback you might have. We're always looking for ways to improve and hope to welcome you back again soon.
