Newly updated house within walking distance to H Toads and Shady/Lazy Gators. The house has a beautiful view of the lake from all angles of the backyard and pool area. Boat Launch / Fishing Doc available!

The main floor features a living room with new flooring, shiplap fireplace, and tv that walks through to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen with new flooring, backsplash and appliances. Kitchen and dining look out to covered deck, pool and panaramic views.

Main floor bedrooms:
Large room with 2 queen beds and private bath, smaller room with bunk (full/twin)
Private bedroom with queen bed
Private bedroom with King bed and private bath and lake view

The lower level bedroom has a full bed and king bed, lake view, and full bath with walk-in shower.

Large basement with wetbar, bar table, foosball table, pull-out sofa and half bath/laundry.

The large wrap-around deck on the main level and concrete patio on lower level have breathtaking sunset views. A grill is provided for your convenience and charcoal/gas is not provided.

Pool and tiki bar are open seasonally (usually early May- late Sept.) and provide great entertainment gatherings or events.

Great spacious house with amazing lake views! The pool right on the water was a big hit with a swim up bar, and the kids loved the mini golf and fishing off the dock! Only downside was the indoor humidity—AC had trouble keeping up in some rooms. Still, a fun and relaxing, clean spot for a family getaway!

Quiet lake house!

Great location and a beautifully decorated lake house! We loved having the private pool so close to the lake and quick access to the house. It worked well for our small crew and was well stocked with necessities. Plenty of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. Lots of reviews about the cleanliness. I'm glad we didn't let those stop us. Towels and sheets were definitely fresh and clean. There were quite a few cobwebs on the back deck and a few near the fireplace but none in the kitchen or bedrooms so we were good with that. Floors were vacuumed and bathrooms were clean. Overall a great experience with lots of memories made! Thanks for sharing your house with us!!

Perfect home right on the point!

This home had all the space we needed for our large group of 16. It was located right on a busy point with lots of boat traffic for our entertainment. The day time boat traffic would have made it pretty sketchy to try too swim in this area due to the wake had we tried, but the view is absolutely incredible. The pool was well maintained and just what we needed. The home is very close to Shady/Lazy Gators and H Toads, less than a half mile. The only real flaw imo was that we could only reasonably fit 5-6 cars on the property. One or two of our cars parked down at Shady Gators, but this was a very minor inconvenience. 10/10 would book again.

Total disappointment

The pictures make this home look great. The house was very dirty. The outside has so many dead bugs it was disgusting. We went to the grocery store to get food to grill for our dinners. The grill was so disgusting, I wouldn’t put food on it. The burners wouldn’t even turn so I doubt it worked anyway. The pool was never used because it was super cloudy and greenish. I sent a message to the manager and she never replied. The outside furniture chairs were all broken down by the pool so we couldn’t even sit out by the water. At the cost of this house it was A total disappointment.
