Full city center, at the foot of shops and pedestrian streets, 2 minutes from the beach. Beautiful 2 room apartment on the top floor of a small building (Bonsecours district). Bright with a full south view, 33 m2 in perfect condition, living room with US kitchen, one bedroom, an Italian shower room, a separate toilet. The apartment has just been refurbished. 4 beds: A comfortable convertible sofa in the living room and 2 beds of 90 in the bedroom that can be joined. It is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, TV, etc.). 2nd floor then private staircase. No elevator

petit appartement très clair et bien situé

Très joli petit appartement et avec très belles vues sur Trouville. J'ai mis de petites restrictions en ce qui concerne : 1- la propreté: cette appartement est impeccable mais nous avons dû repasser l'aspirateur en arrivant tant il y avait des poils de chat partout sur le sol, le balai etc.. laisser par les locataires précedents (Corinne nous avait prévenus à l'acceuil en bas de l'immeuble). 2- pour la procédure d'arrivée elle a été très simple puisque l'accueil et la remise des clés s'est faite en bas de l'immeuble, mais comme dans ce cas il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux, ni au départ, il n'est pas possible de constater après notre départ d'un radiateur (qui n'ont pas servis vue le temps!) qui ne fonctionne pas.3- Internet avait été signalé comme capricieux vu la situétion de Trouville, mais en fait c'est un problème de prise et de cable manquant qui n'allait pas (réparé pendant notre présence en mis séjour). Ces quelques détails n'ont rien changé à notre séjour qui fût très agréable avec du beau temps dans ce joli petit appartement est très agréable. Anne

Appartement joliment décoré, teinte douce et lumineux ! Propre cuisine et sdd récente . Ne convient pas aux personnes âgées, escalier très difficile !

Petit appartement sous les toits en plein centre de Trouville

Excellente situation, petit appartement mignon et lumineux, d'un calme remarquable. Pour un commentaire au top, il faudrait réparer ce qui doit l'être (fenêtres salon, cuvette WC, odeur remontée égouts dans la SdB)
