Apartment of 25 m2 renovated with terrace and landscaped garden of 50m2, sunny and quiet in a luxury residence. Parking in the residence, my home is located near the town hall in the heart of all shops.
You will appreciate the calm and the moments of relaxation in the garden
2 minutes from the beach, Casino and Thalasso.
The apartment is near the train station Deauville - Trouville (10 min walk) and 5 minutes from Deauville by the tray.
His equipment: Queen 2 people very comfortable, table and 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, food processor, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils ..) .
The toilets are beyond the bathroom (shower with Italian, towels and hair dryer available)
The garden is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, 1 bench and 2 chairs.
Linen provided and basic products in the kitchen

The apartment is so well placed for cafes, restaurants, bars and the beach. All within a very easy walk. Great to have secure parking and a great bonus having a private and delightful garden right in the heart of the town. Wonderful host too.

Calme et proximité centre ville

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Odile, Madame cent mille volts, très agréable Odile et discrète en même temps. L'appartement est très bien équipé, belle terrasse au calme, très rare sur Trouville. Tout proche des commerces, plage, marché du dimanche, restaurant à conseiller "La Régence". Ascenseur et parking sécurisé, que demander de plus pour passer d'agréables vacances.....Nous recommandons à 100 %.
