Welcome to Bend!!! This house with three bedrooms and one office room with a queen bed in it. The house is close to OldMill and downtown Bend. It has easy access to highway and Mount Bachelor. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping places within 1 mile. The neighborhood is tranquil and beautiful. We have a 65' TV in the living room, foosball table and air hockey table for the entertainment in the house. We also have 4 double snow slides available for guests to use!

I UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE A VARIETY OF OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN AND REASONABLY FORESEEABLE. ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:

•QUITE HOURS BETWEEN 10PM-7AM - The house is in the residential neighborhoods and any loud events/gatherings are prohibited. Violators might subject to law enforcement, and the rental agreement will be immediately terminated.

• NO PETS ARE ALLOWED - Violators will have $500 fine and immediate departure.

• SMOKING - Please no smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the house and garage, otherwise you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee.

• PARKING&DRIVING - The neighborhood has kids playing outside specially during summer. Please lower your speed as you enter Karch Dr. Make sure to park all the cars in the garage or our driveway(only 2 cars are allowed).

•CANCELLATION POLICY & COVID-19 - Please review the cancellation policy before booking. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please make changes on your dashboard, we are not able to cancel your reservation. If you have any difficulties to cancel your reservation, please contact Airbnb Customer Service to assist you. All COVID-19 related cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy. We strongly suggest you to purchase travel insurance when travel during COVID-19 pandemic.

Great location for exploring Bend. House very clean, lots of towels and comfortable beds. Communication with owner excellent, quick responses to questions. Unfortunately the guest book was missing with instructions but owner available to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed this rental property. The quality of appliances are top level…from washer/dryer to refrigerator, so we felt like we could really “live” here for 5 days. Communication with host was great and very responsive to just one minor issue. I would stay here again!

Excellent location and clean property

Stay was great! We did have one instance at 8 pm on a Friday when we were in the backyard listening to music and singing along that the neighbor came out and said they had kids sleeping and to turn off the music. We did immediately and no other problems.

We had a great time at the house with the exception that we had to redo the router for the television a few times to get it started. Additionally, there were issues with the hot water heater, and my husband had to relight the pilot. Otherwise it was great.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

this house was perfect for our group of family and the kids (ages 5, 7, 10, and 12) really enjoyed the games. we didn't spend much time at the house as we were in town for a a sporting event, but it was nice to have a well stocked kitchen to facilitate eating at home rather than out. The beds were of the memory foam variety and we found the master bed quite firm/uncomfortable. The beds in the office and double queen room were the most comfortable.

Conference Hideout

This home is the most carefully appointed home I've ever enjoyed. The kitchen has every appliance and amenity you could ever need. The house is convenient to the freeway and the business district. Close to grocery stores and many food options. I was surprised and very very pleased. My only suggestion would be that the owner include more silverware. If the house is full, you'd have to run the dishwasher after every meal.
