Another beautiful stay..

Favorite place to stay due to the updated and curated decor. So cozy, functional, and clean. Second summer stay here and plan to return every summer.

Communication was wonderful. Easy to understand and appropriate. The unit was very clean, and modern. The views in the morning are amazing. Very well equipped with kitchen accessories and some basic staples for a weekly stay. My suggestion is if you fly make reservations for beach chairs and umbrellas two days in advance during peak season. Love the location and size. Spacious and plenty of room for a family of 4 ( with 2 adult sons). Not overly crowded at the pool, and no long wait for elevators. My only suggestion is to replace the Roku remote in the living area. It’s very difficult to press the buttons.

Hurricane Sally!

This unit is amazing! The furniture and beds are comfortable! Kitchen stocked well! Balcony is awesome - where we spent most of our time. Our only issue came when Hurricane Sally came to visit. The point of impact was uncertain so we made the decision to ride it out. It was a scary night but stayed safe. Electricity went out at 2:30 AM. The only issue I have is that the property management firm never texted to check on us. I had to text the firm to see if they had a status on electricity. I truly feel that the management firm should have been in communication with me the day after the hurricane and provide status on bridge and road openings. I would stay here again but might not use this management company to rent from

Unfortunately as our office and staff is located in the area and the hurricane turned at the last minute to impact our area, as you can imagine, we also were without electricity and phone lines for several days.
