Home new T4 300m from the beach with garage and private garden.

To discover on Dunkerque this magnificent home T4 of 90 m2 with garage.
Built in 2014 in the new district (Le Grand Large).

Located 300m from the beach of Malo baths (direct access by a footbridge).

Many activities are available at first: an Olympic municipal swimming pool, cinema, museum, bike rental, windsurfing, water sports, hiking trail, fishing, beach bar and disco, etc.

Shuttle on the dike of Malo, transport in the city center of Dunkirk everything is completely free!

The city center of Dunkirk has many large sign.
At 500m from the house is the KURSAAL (carnival ball and show) and the casino of Dunkerque.

The house is fully equipped:

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all with an LED TV, 140cm double bed, wardrobe + storage. A bathroom with tub and on the same floor a large dressing room. Cot possible clarified in advance !!

Good apartment in a great location to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large enough and has everything you need. It's only a 6 minute walk to the beach, perfect for a quick dip. The only minor criticisms are the squeaky doors and the creaky stairs. On the whole, an absolute recommendation.

Property opposite building site so noisy. Furniture shabby, plates, cutlery cluttered and chipped. Toilet on the ground floor so have to negotiate round wooden stairs in the night. The place needs more storage in the bedrooms and a larger mirror. Bedside shelves are tiny and loose. Well situated, good parking.

Uncomfortable worn out - just functional holiday accommodation.

Lack of comfort. Only a downstairs WC which is not explicit/clear in the description. Creaky stairs which can be heard throughout the night as needed to go downstairs to the only toilet. Creaky uncomfortable beds. Worn out furniture. Old and cheap bed linen. Holes in one set. Dirty skirting boards, stairs, shower curtain. No towels provided. Bare light bulbs. A feeling of a purely functional money making holiday let with no thought of making the property comfortable in any way. One of the worse properties we have stayed in. I have taken pictures if anyone wishes to upload them ?

Großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Dunkerque ist ein wunderbarer Ferienort: Schöner Strand mit Promenade, dort zahlreiche Restaurants mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Stadt hat alles zu bieten: Museen, Einkaufen, Ambiente. Ganz stark: Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist kostenfrei! Für Jogger: Ein Paradies, was in Frankreich leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très chouette maison située dans un quartier paisible proche de la mer à pieds. Très propre.Correspondant à l’annonce. Très bonne communication avec monsieur le propriétaire.Accès Wifi gratuit OK . Les transports en commun sont gratuits si besoin.Brochures dans la maison qui nous ont permis de faire des visites sympas.

Une maison confortable et très bien située.Le front de mer à 2 pas et le centre ville tout proche. Très pratique pour les loisirs et les courses.Une très bonne base de départ pour decouvrir la Belgique et notamment Bruges ainsi que les tres beaux villages du Nord.Je recommande.

Zimmeraufteilung in Ordnung Leider nur 1 Klo im EG. Schöne Terrasse. Leider waren die vorhandenen Elektrogeräte sowie Geschirr nicht sauber. Bei Ankunft Wohnung besenrein aufgefunden. Garage nur für kleine Autos gemacht.

Je n'ai jamais eu de problème de propreté dans la maison depuis 2016 que j'ai commencé. Vous critiqué juste pour critiqué. Je vous ai accordé d'arrivée 2h avant pour votre arrivée et 2h de plus pour votre départ, vous n'en parlé pas ? Je vous ai installer un lit bébé, une chaise et d'autres accessoires de puériculture sans sur plus financier, vous n'en parlez pas ? Ou avez-vous vue qu'il avait 2 toilettes dans l'annonce ? La prochaine fois que vous réservé un bien, veuillez bien lire le descriptif avant de réservé. Je vous remercie par avance.

Vacances avec nos enfants et petits-enfants Belle situation géographique du logement, bel accueil chez les restaurateurs et les commerçants. Très belle visite du musée, activités à la plage, … Petit bémol : vaisselle dépareillée, impossible de dresser une table correcte pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants, pas de verres à vin, pas de couteau pour éplucher les légumes, … Une petite rénovation de la sdb s’impose … Bon bref, outre ça très bon séjour

Très beau séjour à Dunkerque en famille

Nous avons séjourné dans une très belle maison dans un nouveau quartier. De belles balades aussi bien sur la digue de Malo qui est vraiment toute proche que dans le ville de Dunkerque à 20 min à pied. Nous n’avons pas bouger la voiture car tout peut se faire à pied ou en bus, un arrêt vraiment tout proche. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de ces vacances.

Bel appartement, situé à 300 m de la plage. Spacieux, chambres assez grandes avec lit 1.40mx1.90m. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la location comprend également un garage sécurisé.

Superbe maison, spacieuse

Cela fait trois fois que nous y allons, cette maison jouit d’un bon emplacement autant pour l’accès à la plage qu’à la ligne de bus qui est très pratique, la voiture a été le Plus souvent au garage. Familienurlaub

Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in Dünkirchen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, der Garten wirkt auf den Fotos etwas größer. Vielen Dank an Herrn Vanoverfeldt, er hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Er war auch immer sehr schnell erreichbar wenn wir fragen hatten. Es sind nur einige Minuten zum Strand und der ist sehr schön. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das die Busse alle kostenlos sind und das man am Strand kostenlos parken kann. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.
