House Rules: - The Guest agrees to adhere to the house rules provided by The Living Company Property Management Co. located below.

Occupancy: - The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 guests. Overcrowding will result in forfeiture of damage deposit and may result in eviction without a refund.
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Pets and Smoking: - Pets are allowed at the property. - If you have pets: Included in the rental fee is a NON-refundable pet fee. If it is determined that you brought pets but did not pay a pet fee your security deposit will be forfeited. - Smoking is Not Allowed inside the property. If it is determined that smoking inside occurred your security deposit will be forfeited.

Maintenance and Repairs: - Guest agrees to report any damage or maintenance issues promptly to The Living Company Property Management Co.

Liability: - The Living Company Property Management Co., or the property owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the property.

Termination: - The Living Company Property Management Co. reserves the right to evict Guests in the event of a violation of terms.
