About this property

Nice villa, 20 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes from the A9 motorway

Villa of 100 m2, pleasant and sunny which can accomodate 6 adults and 1 child in infancy (bed umbrella provided) on a closed ground of 700m2. This house contains 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 plus TV with a cot. A second bedroom with a bed in 160 with TV. A master suite with a bed 140 with small bathroom with sink and separate toilet. You will find a beautiful living room with American kitchen overlooking the dining room and the living room. A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. You will have the pleasure of finding yourself on a terrace of 28 m2 shaded with view on the swimming pool and which will offer you the possibility of grilling or a good plancha. In the garden you will find a swimming pool with jacuzzi and a hut with table football. Adjoining a green area and a bowling alley at your disposal for frenzied petanque parties. Some parking spaces are available in front of the house but you can also park your vehicles in the courtyard closed by a gate.
A deposit check of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival and of course not cashed and returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage. Regarding the end of stay cleaning we leave it to the choice of the tenant (see details on the rental application)

Notre semaine Ă  Aigues-Vives

Une super semaine ! Alain et Béatrice sont des hÎtes à l'écoute et chaleureux, un accueil rempli de bienveillance et de confiance. La maison en tant que telle est idéalement arrangé et il y a largement assez d'espace pour une groupe de 6. L'extérieur est également trÚs fourni avec énormément d'équipements disponibles, une piscine propre et fonctionnel tout comme le jacuzzi. Le voisinage est calme et la ville tranquille ! Un trÚs bon séjour, à refaire avec plaisir et je recommande pour des séjours entre amis.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis...

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans la maison d'Alain et Béa. Tout était présent pour un séjour agréable et reposant: piscine, jacuzzi, piste de pétanque, jeux de société, kicker, BBQ, jeu de flechettes.. de quoi satisfaire petits et grands. La maison a également tout ce qu'il faut, les chambres sont propres et suffisamment spacieuses pour disposer nos affaires. Béa et Alain sont des propriétaires aimables, accueillants, disponibles et aux petits soins. Quel plaisir de trouver de quoi boire et manger dans le frigo aprÚs avoir passé 14 heures en voiture... La région offre également pas mal de possibilités d'excursions et d'activités aux goût de chacun : les plages de la Grande Motte et Le Grau du Roi, Aigues-Mortes, Nßmes.. le marché hebdomadaire de Lunel etc. Le tout à pas plus de 30 minutes de route. Merci Alain et Béa de nous avoir confié votre petit coin de paradis l'espace de 10 jours. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ! Bonne continuation à vous !

Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour chez BĂ©atrice et Alain qui ont Ă©tĂ© aux petits soins pour nous et nous ont rĂ©servĂ© un accueil chaleureux. La maison ne manque de rien. PropretĂ© impeccable. Literie confortable. Les extĂ©rieurs sont top! grande piscine et bain Ă  bulle, terrain de pĂ©tanque, babyfoot, jeu de flĂ©chettes: tout y est pour chiller ou faire la fĂȘte entre amis ou en famille. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

La maison est trĂšs confortable et tout y est pensĂ© pour rendre le sĂ©jour la plus agrĂ©able possible. A l’intĂ©rieur: la piĂšce Ă  vivre spacieuse, la grande douche Ă  l’italienne, la tĂ©lĂ© dans toutes les chambres (en plus de l’écran gĂ©ant de la piĂšce principale), la clim (mais aussi les moustiquaires Ă  toutes les fenĂȘtres pour pouvoir profiter sans risque de la fraicheur du soir)
 A l’extĂ©rieur la piscine et le jaccuzzi bien sĂ»r mais aussi la terrasse ombragĂ©e pour profiter de l’extĂ©rieur mĂȘme par forte chaleur (nous y Ă©tions pendant la canicule de juillet 2022), la paillote pour prendre l’apĂ©ro au bord de la piscine, les multiples jeux mis Ă  disposition des vacanciers (boules de pĂ©tanques, quilles finlandaises, babyfoot, table de ping-pong, raquettes de badminton
) Et pour ce qui est des sorties, lĂ  aussi il y en a pour tous les gouts: le Grau du Roi et sa fĂȘte foraine, les plages de la Grande Motte, le centre ville commerçant de Montpellier, Aigues Mortes et ses Remparts, Arles, Nimes
 Le tout a 1/2 heure de route ou moins. Un grand merci Ă  BĂ©a et Alain pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur simplicitĂ© Morgane et Laurent

Excellentes vacances familiales

La location a répondu à nos attentes et à ce qui a été décrit sur le site. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, accueillants et attentionnés. Ils ont préparé notre arrivée dans leur maison de façon conviviale avec boissons fraiches, aliments et petites attentions que nous avons appréciés. Les équipements électroménagers, les literies, les salles d'eau, la piscine et le boulodrome sont de qualité et permettent de passer un séjour agréable. Nous conseillons cette location et souhaitons y retourner.

Lovely property and perfect for a family with very friendly and helpful owners!..

This property is a great place to stay with a family as it is very spacous and with a big garden and decent size swimming pool. Also the terrace area with the BBQ is perfect for nice quiet evenings and ideal for meals at any time of the day!.. Plenty of games for the kids to play with. Sadly we arrived late for our stay due to passport issues so we didnt have as long there as we would have liked but BĂ©atrice ( owner ) who is lovely by the way.. Was very nice and said we could stay an extra day if we liked and have a later check out time due to us being the last of her summer bookings. I would recommend this property 100% and will be looking to go back next year!. For a family of 5 with various age groups of children it definitely gets the thumbs up from us ?Karl and Family

Belle maison avec piÚce à vivre trÚs agréable . Terrasse couverte trÚs sympa. Piscine qui mériterait quelques degrés de plus parfois; boulodrome génial coin salon de jardin top maison ensoleillée toute la journée Literie parfaite sdb avec douche et baignoire trÚs bien. Frigo américain : la cerise sur le gùteau ! De plus nous attendait un plateau de charcuterie, 2 bouteilles de vin et du pain frais; Trop bien quand on arrive le Dimanche. Location du Dimanche au Dimanche : Grand point Positif aussi. Merci

Maison de vacances idéale!

Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines parfaites dans cette location. Les propriĂ©taires louent leur rĂ©sidence principale, de ce fait on s'y sent vite comme chez soi, elle est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La maison est trĂšs propre. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©. Le jardin est ensoleillĂ© toute la journĂ©e, mais la terrasse est Ă  l'ombre ce qui permet un peu de fraĂźcheur en cas de grosse chaleur! La piscine est vraiment trĂšs grande, assez profonde (1,50 m), et trĂšs propre elle-aussi. Les propriĂ©taires BĂ©atrice et Alain sont d'une gentillesse, et d'une disponibilitĂ© inĂ©galables!!!! (Sans aucun doute les origines ch'tis y sont pour quelque chose...😉) Des supermarchĂ©s sont Ă  quelques kilomĂštres de la location. Bref, foncez Ă  Aigues-Vives chez BĂ©atrice et Alain, vacances de rĂȘve assurĂ©es! Encore merci BĂ©atrice et Alain pour ces vacances qui nous ont fait le plus grand bien!!!
