Very clean house and room. Never felt like other guests intruded. Nice kitchen and backyard we enjoyed, along with the big screen TV.

Carefully check the description

First of all, it is a nice house. but I did not know we would be sharing a 6 bedroom house with other couples , and only one full bathroom to share. In addition, the owner and his son (s) were also living on the property. I would have found other accommodations, except, during the Ballon Fiesta, there was nothing available or reasonable. We were notified of this and asked if the arrangement was 'ok' while we were driving into the city, a little late to say the least. While the house was clean, nice and everything worked, it was not what we wanted and would not have signed up for had we known this info in advance. We enjoyed the fiesta and will try to visit Albuquerque again soon. but will read housing descriptions very carefully in the future to make sure this never happens again. You have been warned.
