About this property

The house is located on the Ile de Noirmoutier near the Bois des Eloux (protected maritime pine wood) 500 meters walk from the beaches of La Guérinière (Cantine Beach), a small typical village of the Island with its small traditional houses, numerous mills and salt marshes.

Ideally located in a quiet area, close to the shops and the town center of Noirmoutier, you can cycle around the island by bike, take advantage of the many activities (theater and music festivals in summer) and discover all the pleasures intended lovers of idleness, water sports or even good food.

The house is full of charm and calls for relaxation, it has an enclosed garden of 1500 m² where you can have your meals with your family, rest in peace, play pétanque or play the frog in the garden or still enjoy the many board games and the comic corner in the living room ...

Perfectly equipped, the house has 5 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, a large living / dining room of 40 m² (with 2 large sofas, a reading corner and a dining table for 12 people) and a recently renovated fitted kitchen (induction hob, Siemens oven, Miele dishwasher and washing machine). The living room has a large picture window which provides beautiful light throughout the day. Two of the ground floor bedrooms have their own entrance on the garden level. The upstairs bedrooms have a beautiful open view, overlooking the Bois des Eloux.

It can accommodate around 10 people. Very bright it will allow you a complete rest since it is very calm and benefits from a sunny orientation throughout the day.

Fully heated by soft heat radiators in the winter season, it also has a fireplace for lovers of beautiful outbreaks.

At the bottom of the garden is a shed for storing 3 bikes (functional condition, baby seat) and a large family barbecue available to holidaymakers.

Très belle maison familliale

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille parfait. La maison est très agréable : grande, lumineuse, bien équipée (dont une très bonne literie) et avec un grand jardin. La propriétaire a très vite répondu à notre demande et nous avons été très bien accueillis par la responsable de la maison. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine !

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse (à 10 nous n’étions pas à l’etroit), bien équipée et propre. Le grand jardin était également très appréciable. La maison est bien située entre le centre de La Guérinière et celui de l’Epine. Nous recommandons cette maison.
