Ideally located in the village of Epine, between the sea and salt marshes, quiet, close to shops, we offer a Villa, located at the bottom of a wooded dead end, completely enclosed by walls or a spacious garden will welcome your children safely. Any Comfort of 175 m 2, you will have 10 beds (4 beds doubles and 2 twin beds of 90 cm) distributed in 5 rooms, one being the bakehouse of the stay, well separated, 1 bathroom, 1 room of shower , 3 wc-a large kitchen with dishwasher and 1 double living room of 60 m² with a fireplace, opening south, 2 terraces welcome our deckchairs and garden furniture- An independent laundry with washing machine, ironing board and Dryer completes our installation

Un petit paradis...

Maison très spacieuse, calme, en proximité de la plage (5 minutes). La propriétaire et la concierge sont très gentilles. La maison est parfaite pour un séjour avec des amis. L'île Noirmoutier es magnifique !!!

Superbe séjour

Une excellente surprise nous attendait, la maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, idéalement placée près de la plage et dans un endroit exceptionnellement calme. Je préfèrerais garder cet endroit secret et que pour nous, les propriétaires sont charmants et avenants. Je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup!!

Super maison proche de la plage

Maison à 2 pas de la plage dans un endroit très calme (aucune rue autour). Centre de l'Epine à 5 min à vélo (tout commerces) Très grandes pièces, grands espaces. Possibilités d'avoir plusieurs groupes autonomes (chambres indépendantes). Je recommande vivement!

Lieu authentique et chaleureux

En endroit génial, calme près de la plage et de commerces utiles. Point de départ super pour des balades à vélo, à pied bref on peut tout faire. Quant à la maison des chambres agréables, hautes de plafond, des pièces communes agréables et des terrasses de tt part pour déjeuner, dîner comme on le souhaite selon le moment de la journée. Et enfin une cuisine bien aménagée qd on aime cuisiner aussi.
