About this property
Private White Mountain RV Camping with BIG VIEWS & HOT TUB
The Montana Mountaineer by Keystone is parked on it's own gravel pad on this breathtaking 5 acre parcel of land that abuts the White Mountain National Forest. There are incredible distant views through the Easton Valley towards Bethlehem, Franconia, and Easton. The icing on the cake is the close-up view of the 4,000 footer, Kinsman Mountain, which can viewed from several different spots on the property. This big, beautiful RV is 36' long with 3 slide-outs to give it a spacious, roomy feeling. The ceilings are high and plenty of large picture windows truly bring the beauty of the outdoors, inside. The interior is very comfortable with its large living room with pull-out sofa with full-sized mattress, two recliners, a desk, 43 inch TV and DVD player. The kitchen has plenty of well-stocked shelves and cupboards to get you set up for a lengthy stay. There's a kitchen table with comfy chairs, gas/electric refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, double sink, etc. Upstairs (up 3 steps) there's a queen sized bed, huge closet with sliding mirrored doors, built-in bureaus and cupboards. The bathroom has its own sink and there's an additional sink next to the shower stall. The RV is heated and has air conditioning for warmer weather. The property has a 420 foot Artesian well to provide water for the RV on a post near the RV. The RV is also hooked up to an onsite septic system to dispose of black water waste. Electricity is at the pole, just outside the RV. You have everything you need onboard and all you need to do is bring your personal items and groceries.

Yes, this is a very quiet, peaceful property with such tremendous long distance views through the Easton Valley and close up views of Kinsman Mountain. We love providing guests with well-equipped, comfortable, immaculate places to stay that capture awesome views and have the feeling of seclusion that so many are looking for. The suggestion to pick up some groceries on the way is a great idea, especially if you just want to settle in and enjoy the evening once you arrive. If coming up from the Massachusetts area, Lincoln is a great place to stop and pick up some supplies. Otherwise, Woodsville has a Shaw's and Walmart and that's about 25 minutes away from the RV. Nearby Swiftwater Way Station on route 112 is the nearest convenience stop for gas, groceries, pizza, beer & wine. If you're looking for a very special place to stay, we'd love to have you!!
What a beautiful place to spend time. My husband an I spent the weekend and it was perfect. The scenery was breathtaking! The neighborhood was so quite. We would and will go back in a heartbeat. We showed a friend the pictures of the view and they booked a trip.
The camper was very comfortable, beautiful views and Susan was very accommodating. We enjoyed evening fires with a cocktail and also explored the area. We made it to the summit at Mount Washington, visited several breweries and did some outlet shopping (rained). We would highly recommend this rental.
We were fortunate enough to be there for peak foliage weekend. It was breathtaking! Sitting in the yard by the firepit looking out over the vibrantly colored mountains was absolutely fabulous, as was waking up to that view. The trailer was cozy and clean and more than big enough for two. Highly recommend!
Wonderful place with amazing views and peace and quiet. If you want more it’s just a short trip down the mountain to town and you can enjoy restaurants, breweries, and exploring. Can’t wait to stay here again!
This Mountaineer is a new addition to our popular vacation rentals: Loft at River's Edge in Monroe, Secluded Cabin on 24 Acres with Big Views in Monroe, and "sister RV," The American Star by Newmar at the River's Edge in Monroe (please inquire about this similar RV if the Mountaineer is unavailable). You will enjoy this new location in Benton on this 5 acre parcel of land that's very quiet with beautiful distant and local views of Kinsman Mt. Renting out big view properties to vacationers has been a love of mine for the past 4 years now and judging from the reviews, our guests have been very happy with the beautiful properties they've stayed on. My other job is working as a nurse in a local school system which has been an enjoyable experience as well. I have two grown children and 5 grandchildren living out-of-state who are pursuing dreams of their own and two "dog children" - two standard poodles - who also love the guests who come to stay.
Why they chose this property
This property was chosen because of the potential big views. I say potential because just a year ago, this land was a forest and there were no views in sight. It was purchased because of the potential big views of Kinsman Mt. and to our delight, we have indeed created that big view. This particular spot was chosen because of it's seclusion and wonderful peace and quiet. There are very few cars that pass on the road that the property is on and when you stand still on the property, you don't hear anything other than nature sounds. Also, the appeal to be literally on the border of the White Mountains National Forest with so much wildlife and protected forests was so appealing. There are so many hiking mountains and 4,000 footers nearby, too. So, this property was chosen in this small unpopulated town for many reasons which you will discover to be true when you come to stay here!!
What makes this property unique
The big Kinsman Mountain view and the distant views through the Easton Valley and distant mountains are the unique qualities of this parcel of land. This was the absolute best place for The Kinsman Mountaineer for our guests to come and enjoy nature and beauty.
