Mostly as advertised but the primary bathroom was dirty (tub area) and the primary bed sank in the middle so only one person could use it. Everything else was fine. We’d use it again.

I am a mother traveling with my daught and grandsonthar was playing a baseball tournament in Oxford. Not more than 10 minutes arriving, a cop was in front porch asking my grandson if he had been spraying paint on houses. He absolutely was not, never out of our eyes and we were still unloading. A vert loud sound hit the house in middle of nights, cops again everywhere which us being women made us very frightened and uncomfortable. Roaches in front bath tub in the morning

After reading your review, I am very sorry your experience wasn't five star. But I will take your four stars. I have hosted hundreds of guests on this platform and others, and most are pleased and a large portion always book with us again and again. I cannot control when police are looking for a boy with a description of your son. Oxford in general including the sub division the house is located is a very safe community. That's because we have a very top notch police force. You can research our crime stats and the quality of both city and county law enforcement. As a matter of fact there are officers and deputies that live just a few doors down from our house you rented. The neighborhood has been crime free for the last ten years we have owned the house. As for the roaches, there has never been any from inspections and treatments in ten years. Now Oxford has experienced a lot of rain lately which bugs many find a refuge. So maybe the bug looks like a roach or similar. I wish you would have contacted me because I am very pro active with my guests with anything. Just as you requested a late check out. I hope you will give us another chance on your next visit to Oxford.

If you are in search of the perfect pet friendly short term rental in Oxford, then this is the house that is perfect for your visit to Oxford. Five years ago we noticed the demand for pet friendly short term rental properties was in short supply. So we purchased this house in one of the most pet friendly neighborhood because most of the houses are rented to Ole Miss students with dogs. The neighborhood also has several pet loving professionals of Oxford including students, university staff, air medic, local sheriff and police officers. The house is pretty much bullet proof to pet damage as far as flooring. And lots of room for dogs to use the front or back yard.

No pet deposits or extra fees, makes booking less stressful and simple.
