Perfect for our overnight stay

Road to Hana perfect launchpad

Right outside of Hana “proper” so close to the hotel restaurant and food trucks. Property is beautiful and well thought out. All the furniture is comfortable and kitchen items easy to find.

We felt absorbed by nature's relaxing breezes, birds chirping, waves breaking and scents of plumeria blossoms. Lovely visit complete with banana bread!

Maui the right way

This spot made our vacation. I’m soooo glad we decided to rent this perfect little cottage in Hana. Made for a super chill relaxing time. Nothing better than watching the sunrise from this spot before heading out to explore the best part of the island.

Lovely home, convenient location

We spent three nights here for part of our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier! Lovely lanai and comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and nice living room to hang out! We enjoyed the many beaches and hikes in the area and use of the beach equipment to borrow. A few geckos joined us inside and tiny ants but that is expected out here. We would come back again!

Location, serene! Perfect

Wonderful location by Hamoa Beach Cute little cottage. Nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board . Does not have any other spices other then salt, pepper and oil Beautiful property with birds singing. So peaceful with the screened Lanai. Only thing was dogs barking a lot (behind property). Otherwise a great stay in Hana!

Paradise oaisis in beautiful Hana!

This cottage was perfect! I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend staying a few nights to experience and enjoy Hana instead of rushing through. We loved our stay here for my Birthday. So peaceful and quaint and a great convenient location. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with whatever you need to cook. Just bring food and condiments and you're set! The sound of rain will lull you to sleep and you'll wake up each morning to birds chirping and nature. Washer and dryer, bbq etc. Perfect place!

Excellent Hana rental house at a fair price

Well maintained property and in a beautiful location. Michelle, the property manager, was very responsive and even dropped off a ripe papaya for us to enjoy. The ceiling fans and the powerful portable fans were welcome in the heat. The friendly geckos kept all the bugs away. And the kitchen is well equipped for guests. We hope to rent with Michelle again when we return to Hana.

Location is great but needs some cleaning and updates

Pros: location is convenient to everything Hana The property is mostly as the photos depict Screened in porch is a nice feature Cons: dogs next door bark every time a car goes by Toilet paper holder is a hand towel rack and doesn't work as a TP holder Not as clean as expected. I don't think the ceiling fans have ever been cleaned. There is dust and dirt hanging off of them. The kitchen cabinet knobs were not cleaned in a long time leaving them sticky and dirty. I tried to clean one of them and it was very caked with "stuff".

Clean and cozy cottage, great location in Hana

We enjoyed our stay at this nice property in Hana. Inside was very clean. Good size bedrooms. Great location - close to the General store, shops, farmer's market and beaches. The only downside was that there's no dish washer and no AC at this place. A few tips for travelers to Hana Hamoa Beach - a few minutes drive from this property. We found this beach was one of the nicest beach to swim. The water was calm on the day we were there. Huli Huli Chicken at Koki beach - a few minutes drive. They got yummy BBQ chicken and ribs. Black Sand Beach at Waianapanapa State Park - about 10 minutes drive. During COVID period, we had to make reservation online to enter the beach. No same day reservation. I found this beach should be called Black Rock Beach instead of Black Sand Beach. The Black Sand Beach in Big Island was nicer and bigger. Gift shops - Hana Coast Gallery has nice art pieces and the prices are reasonable. I Love Hana Art Boutique is a cute place that sells local artist pieces.

Overall, our stay at this listing was very good. We loved how close we were to Hamoa Beach, food trucks, and the main road. The best part of the entire stay was this place had everything to our disposal. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, ice cooler, you name it and they had it. It truly made our days easier and relaxing. Our only complaint is how hot the interior of the building gets during the prime hours of the day. There is no A/C, only fans, so be prepared for that. We would highly suggest staying at this cute and well-located house.

We had a wonderful stay in this little cottage! It was very comfy and cozy and well stocked. We slept like a baby in the comfortable beds! The surrounding land and views were gorgeous and serene, perfect for a day in peaceful Hana! Our house were very attentive and responsive.

Optimal location but still provides lots of privacy. You can run into town to pick something up for dinner (2 minute drive north) or take a quick swim at world renowned Hamoa beach (2 minute drive south).
