Pleasant air-conditioned apartment, located on the ground floor of a small building facing the sea. Includes a kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster. washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Three bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, dressing room in all bedrooms and entrance hall. A large living room with satellite tv, free wifi, bluetooth speaker, dvd player, balcony with sea view. Two bathrooms, one with bath, sink, bidet, wc and the other adjoining the master bedroom with shower, sink and wc. A large 63 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and swing. Rooftop terrace with superb view of the Ria Formosa where you can admire the flamingos, the salt marshes.
The port is 300 m away and you will find the pier that will allow you to take the boat to Fuseta Island and discover the superb beach that awaits you.
If you are attracted to the kitchen, go to the fish, fruit and vegetable markets located not far from the apartment.
A supermarket is also 500 m away.
A car is not essential because you can take the little train or other to Fuseta to discover the surroundings.

Lovely apartment with everything you need we enjoy the outside large patio ,comfortable beds and the tv and music. Fuseta is a unspoiled fishing village the local people make you welcome.

Excellent property

The property was clean and spacious and there was a safe large back yard for our granddaughter to play in. We were able to sit out in an evening and watch stars, satellites and planes pass over without having to put an extra layer on. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was large. All communication with Francoise was excellent and she continued to keep in contact throughout our stay. It was an easy walk to the local markets, supermarkets and local bars. The beaches were about 10 minutes walk away (with 3 yr old grandchild) and we went to the lagoon and also took water taxis to the coastal beach. Skies were clear and blue every day. We tended to eat mainly at the apartment but would recommend Bar O Farol, adjacent to the water taxis, for snacks and drinks. There is a shady children's park next to the bar so we could sit and watch our granddaughter play. All in all, an excellent apartment and holiday. We would have no problem in recommending the property and hopefully, will be back one day.

A lovely apartment in beautiful Fuseta!

My family and I all really enjoyed our stay in Francoise apartment. It is spacious, clean and well equipped! My boys liked having good WiFi and cable TV for their relaxing moments, my youngest enjoyed the swing outside and the BBQ is a bonus with such a great fish market in Fuseta! We spent most of our time on the gorgeous island beach - which we never tire of - and around the village: parks, cafes and restaurants in the evening. We had a car which we managed to park close by, despite the beach visitors, though we barely used it as we like Fuseta so much and enjoyed this lovely apartment! It was a nice bonus to have an en suite shower room and such a good outside space! Bennie was really pleasant and helpful on arrival and departure; he is an asset to Francoise. I enjoyed the view of the estuary from the living room and bedroom - the river leading to the lagoons is another treasure of Fuseta, beside the beaches and atmospheric village with great food! We did have one particularly warm night without much breeze when fans in the bedrooms would have been appreciated, but this might be rare as the breeze through the shutter usually meant we slept well and there is air con in the living room! Fabric throws on the sofa might be a good edition, but that is only a small point as the rooms were nicely decorated throughout! We have stayed in four different holiday homes in Fuseta, including Del Mar Apartments but overall this was the best apartment we have had for our family. If we come back again, as we’d like to, then this apartment will be top of our list! Thank you!

Concerning the sofa, sorry but we'll change it this month when we'll go in Portugal (we come there only two times per year). For air conditioning, it's true, we have only it in the living room. So we suggest guests to close shutters during the day to have fresh temperatures by night. But we'll think to buy mobile air conditioners. Großzügige Ferienwohnung in kleinem, wachsenden Ort

Wir waren zu vier Erwachsenen in der sehr großzügigen und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Die Lage fanden wir optimal: Blick auf die Ria Formosa, Anfang Juni 2023 nicht allzu belebte Straße vorm Haus, zu Supermärkten, guten Restaurants, Ortsmitte und Hafen jeweils nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Der Ort ist überschaubar und teils noch ursprünglich, teils leider aber auch schon auf dem Weg zu einem "richtigen Touristenort", die Fähre zur Insel "Ilha de Fuseta" fährt in kurzen Abständen, an den 2 Bahnhöfen halten die Bahnen der Ost-West-Verbindung. So kommt man ganz gut, schnell und günstig ohne Auto an den Atlantik und in viele Orte an der Algarve. Wer damit klarkommt, dass die wunderschöne, schützenswerte Ria Formosa eben nicht der offene Atlantik und dass bei Ebbe das Wasser weitestgehend "fort" ist, der ist in Fuseta und in der Ferienwohnung von Francoise bestens aufgehoben!

Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute zentrale Lage .

Es war alles vorhanden was wir 6 gebraucht haben. Und die Abende auf der Terrasse haben wir bei Rotwein sehr genossen. Und natürlich der Blick auf die Ria Formosa...es war immer spannend zu sehen wie der Wasserstand gerade war.

Vacaciones en Fuseta

La anfitriona François se preocupa porque todo este bien, y te atiende por teléfono siempre que la necesitas. El alojamiento está mejor incluso que aparece en las fotos, es un edificio bastante nuevo, con aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, amplia terraza y una cocina bien equipada y grande, sobre la zona es un pueblo pequeño pero tiene restaurantes y supermercados, bien comunicado a través de la autopista A22 y de la N125 con los otros pueblos y ciudades del Algarve, en definitiva muy buen alojamiento en relación calidad/precio.

Fuseta en famille

Très agréable séjour dans ce très bel appartement, spacieux, propre, confortable. Très adapté avec des enfants, juste petit bémol sur le lit bébé mis à disposition, très peu confortable c'est domage. Il n'y a pas de lave lave-vaisselle, mais en contre partie il y a un lave-linge. Fiesta c'est mignon avec les commerces à proximité. Plage agréable, mais l'eau est assez froide. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire, accueil par Bennie sympathique et panier d'accueil offert... quoi demander de mieux. Nous recommandons cette location ! Merci. Famille Gay

Good size and good location apartment

We picked this apartment as we particularly wanted to be in Fuseta and needed 3 bedrooms . Apartment was well equipped in kitchen , was clean , uncluttered and had useful beach brollies blanket etc supplied . Apartment was in good location to walk to local restaurants , beach and railway and good supermarket . Only have a dropped 1 star to 4 as the main bedroom could of done with a fan and for a 10 day booking a fresh change of bedding and towels being supplied . Bennie did a meet and greet and was accommodating when we brought the change of departure for check out forward. Overall a very pleasant stay

Appartement tres agreable

Appartement très spacieux avec une grande terrasse, la table du salon de jardin est un peu juste si nous sommes plus de 6. L'appartement était propre a notre arrivé et benny comme ça femme qui nous acceuille sont très gentils. La communication avec françoise la propriètaire se fait facilement et rapidement. Il y a juste le lit bébé qui n'est pas confortable.

Easter in Fuseta at Francoise home

We passed a great week in Fuseta at Francoise home in April 2019. Francoise apartment was clean and bright and contained everything that we needed. Communication with Francoise was very smooth and Bennie met us at our appointed time to help us access the apartment. We did not know Fuseta before we arrived. We were very happy that we could walk to the local beach in 5 minutes, could walk to the local fish market in 2 minutes, and could walk to the local town centre with its restaurants in 5 minutes. We happily passed most of our days close to Fuseta town. A couple of days we visited Ayamonte just across the border to Spain and to other towns in the Algarve all within easy access by local train or by car. We hope to return in future and would recommend Francoise apartment in Fuseta to anyone to want to discover a more traditional Portuguese town and way of life. Paul, Valerie and Christian

Hübsche Wohnung in kleinem Fischerort mit allem, was man braucht.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, unsere Gastgeberin hatte immer ein Ohr für uns. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch, mit genug Platz für alle von uns. Appartement tres spacieux avec terrasse en plein sud - fort agréable

Nous avons passes d'excellentes vacances à Fuseta. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour une semaine entre amis. L'environnement est super sympa - marais salants et réserve ornithologique en face de l'appartement - petit port de pêche et plage à proximité. Grillades excellentes et restaurants à quelques pas… A renouveler !!!!!

Géééénial ! Super beau temps, chaud mais avec vent, donc gérable, belles plages belles côte côte,

L'appartement en lui-même, génial, hyper spacieux, nous profitions de la terrasse du p'tit déj. au repas du soir, tellement il faisait beau.... Un Panier de Bienvenue nous attendait. Bien placé : marchés, commerces, port, plages, gens super sympas et accueillants, on peut y vivre à pied ou à vélo, sans compter les visites diverses aux alentours à n'en plus finir. Grand Merci aux Propriétaires de nous y avoir fait profiter par l'intermédiaire de leurs enfants, nos amis. Notre semaine a été ma-gni-fi-que. Sylvie

super séjour,calme et authenticité des lieux environnent.

l'appartement est spacieux et confortable. la terrasse est très agréable pour tous les repas ,calme .sans vis a vis. si vous aimez la simplicité tout y ai ,le port de pêche a 2 pas du logement, les halles, la plage sans risque même pour les bébés. la supérette simpa ouverte jusqu'à 22 heures. le centre ville conviviale . le tout près de vous . beaucoup a voir autour de Fuseta, Tavira, les falaises de Porti-Mao ,Faro ,la région montagneuse de Barranco do Velhoa et le palais d'Estôi. sans oublier a Fuseta les salines et la plage sur l'île accé par bâteau

Super séjour appart au top à 3 minutes à pieds de la mer à recommander on se croirait à la maison ! Grande terrasse et BBQ super pour les grillades.

Great apartment for families

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment, it was modern spacious and clean. As it was ground floor it was all on one level and had a great yard at the back ideal for the children(they especially loved the swing) we got a paddling pool and toys and they spent many hours there playing. It was very well equipped with all the cooking pots utensils you need and a great BBQ. Had a problem with the oven but Bennie who looks after the apartment came straight away so no problem. One thing I have to say is how comfy the beds were as in many places we have stayed they are way too hard so you don't sleep. I would have given it 5 stars but we were staying 2 weeks and had to wash and change all the beds ourselves which is not usual in any apartment we have stayed before, we have always had at least another set of towels and bedding delivered. As the weather was good they dried quickly outside but to strip and do 3 beds took a day where you had to stay at home or stagger it over a couple of days 😫 Had the weather been bad it would have been a problem. The weather was very hot the first week and the apartment could benefit from air con in the bedrooms as a t the moment it is only in the living room which you don't really use as you are outside all the time. But these were the only negatives and we enjoyed our stay....thanks francoise and bennie
