On the 1st level: Open terrace (8 m²) facing south, overlooking the rooftops facing the lake with shade sail, garden table and chairs - Fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (fridge/freezer - 2-burner ceramic hob - extractor hood - oven - microwave - dishwasher) - Main room with sofa, television, home cinema system, and fans - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) - Shower room with power shower, fan heater, and washing machine - Separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 large mezzanine bedroom under the eaves with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), 1 extra single bed (90 cm), 2 windows with shutters, blackout curtains, and a large wardrobe.
Linens and towels not provided - Mandatory cleaning fee of €55 - Security deposit: €500 - Pets allowed (€20 supplement).
Paid swimming pool: Adults and teens (13 to 17 years old): €5.20/day - Children (6 to 12 years old): €3.20/day (Pool open from June 1st to September 15th) - Paid tennis: €6.50/hour.
