Family Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place that would be comfortable for our family and nanny to stay in. This was the perfect spot. There was enough space for all of us and the extra room downstairs was perfect for our nanny. Property manager was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again if we ever need to come back to Manhattan!

FANTASTIC!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Manhappy for our daughter’s KState graduation, which because of Covid didn’t really happen. So we made the best of it and decorated the living room and celebrated as a family. Kari was so welcoming and easy to work with. Would LOVE to stay again if we get the chance!

Great Thanksgiving visit.

We have a daughter who is a student at KState that lives in a nearby house that didn't have quite enough space for our extended family to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. This property was perfect for our holiday visit. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom and were very comfortable. Since she lives so close, we had a previous opportunity to drive around and check out many of the properties listed on HomeAway in Manhattan. This location was by far the nicest with beautiful views of the nearby hills, and the price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend it, and plan to stay again.

Clean, simple

Kari was great to deal with and very accommodating. The duplex was clean and had the necessities we needed for the week-end with my family. There are quite a few stairs, which wasn't an issue for us, but might be if anyone has issues with stairs. We were able to park in the attached garage, which was great. Appreciate the hospitality!

Great place to stay

Property meets expectations and is just as described. Very clean and the owner made checking in and out very convenient. I would have liked to have more control over temperature as following owner directions left me quite chilly, especially in the downstairs bedroom.

Quiet, comfortable place

The house was quiet and comfortable. It had all the amenities that were described. The property manager was very helpful, flexible and available anytime we had questions. Checkin and out process was super easy. We will definitely use the same location whenever we travel to the Manhattan next time.

The duplex is in perfect condition with all the comforts of home and then some! In a safe quiet neighborhood. The manager was beyond accommodating and so sweet to work with. We will definitely be staying there again.
