Sehr entspannt und gemütlich ,alles vorhanden was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht und alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet.

Excellent sejour

La location est fidèle au descriptif. Le duplex est charmant, meublé avec goût. Le jardin est également très sympatique. La cuisine tres bien équipée. La literie est excellente. Tous les commerces sont proches, le port egalement et le marché du mercredi à quelques pas. Très bon accueil. Si nous revenons à Roscoff, qui est une charmante petite ville, nous retiendrons cette adresse.

Super emplacement

Appartement en duplex très bien placé et très complet . Super emplacement pour se déplacer dans Roscoff à pieds. Par contre les places de stationnement sont très recherchées ! La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont communs à l'immeuble.

Convenient and well equipped

A lovely duplex apartment with a sheltered patio garden very close to the town centre with numerous restaurants and set one road back from the harbour front. Very quiet area with parking outside. A well equipped kitchen with 2 bedrooms (although no wardrobe in one bedroom), a big bathroom and separate downstairs toilet. We enjoyed a lovely week here and I would recommend this accommodation.

Excellent en tous points

Tout s'est très bien déroulé. Facilité d'accès, pour un logement parfaitement situé au cœur de Roscoff, à proximité immédiate du vieux port, et en particulier du quai d'Auxerre, ce qui est idéal pour utiliser le car ou les vedettes de la baie de Morlaix. Accès facile au jardin exotique et à la partie Est de la ville, très agréable aussi. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le logement est commode, impeccable, extrêmement fonctionnel, bien organisé. Beaucoup de lectures à disposition, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, tout comme les ustensiles de cuisine et produits d'entretien, variés, nombreux. De délicates attentions de bienvenue, et même quelques éléments d'épicerie de base, sui dépannent bien. Nuits très calmes. Nous reviendrons très volontiers chez Mme Le Bihan !

Appartement très bien situé

Possibilité de se balader dans le centre de roscoff en 5 minutes à pied : emplacement idéal ! Appartement fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Seul petit bémol : des rideaux opaques seraient appréciables dans les chambres ( surtout celle n’ayant pas de volets) pour éviter les réveils matinaux !

Idéalement située, volume correct pour 4 personnes, mais la douche a besoin d'être changée , nous avons nettoyé l écoulement du lavabo mais une révision des écoulements par un plombier s'impose.

Vraiment proche du centre et du port

Tout était OK excepté la douche avec son inverseur au fonctionnement difficile et la TV inregardable, le son correct mais l'image c'était un écran blanc. Dommage pour le seul soir de pluie
