About this property

Country house

Located 40 km from La Baule and 35 km north west of Nantes. 1970 built house situated on a large wooded land, at the end of a small road. Ideal for peace and quiet. No immediate vicinity. The house of 80 m2 includes 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed in each room.
Linens (towels and tea towels) and sheets are not provided.
A bathroom with a hip bath, shower, separate toilet, kitchen with stove - gas, microwave, refrigerator. Washing machine in the attached garage, entrance, living room with fireplace. TV, mini channel, but no internet. Table and chairs, barbecue.
The house is 2.5 km. a small village with local shops:
      bakeries
     minimarket
     pharmacy
      restaurant and cafes
    10 km: 2 hypermarkets.
You can radiate to Nantes La Baule, Guérande, typical town.
The Brière marshes where you can make walks in the barge (typical boat of the corner)
The salt marshes and Le Croisic are also nearby.
The forest of Gavre and the Nantes-Brest canal are close. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house.
In the winter season we will ask you a participation of 10 € per night for heating.

Un bon séjour à Bouvron

Nous avons choisi ce gite pour être au calme et pouvoir rayonner dans la région. Le gite correspond bien à la description et le nécessaire est présent. Les alentours sont très calmes et jolis.

Sejour a bouvron

Super sejour dans ce petit coin tres calme les enfant etait ravie ainsi que mon mari et moi nous reviendront sans hésiter a l occasions d un sejour dans coin . Maison tres propre lit confortable rien a dire si c est juste a quelque endroits un peut de rafraîchissement mais se n est qu un detail on c est senti vraiment bien dans cette petite maison

Très calme, bon accueil,on y était avec mon beau père qui a la maladie de parkinson et c'est très facile de circuler dans la maison. (Pas avec le fauteuil) mais tout est plat dans la maison. Je recommande surtout pour la tranquillité du lieu.

Second séjour dans cette location, sans surprise, nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la maison, et la mise à disposition d'équipements. La rénovation de la salle de bain renforce notre impression. Nous recommandons vivement.

Au calme. Maison de taille suffisante pour 4 personnes. Terrain spacieux pour les enfants. Tout le monde a passé un très bon séjour.

Semaine en accord avec nos souhaits, envie de tranquillité de beaux lieux de balades. Canal de Nantes à Brest avec ces écluses qui proposent des soirées festives , forêt du Gavre. Les vélos mis à disposition ont été utilisés et apprécié. Merci de votre accueil.

Calme et confortable

Une maison de type familiale en campagne , proximité de nombreux lieu touristique entre une demi-heure et une heure. Déco un peu désuète mais avec tout le confort nécessaire . Je recommande si vous recherchez un lieu calme et confortable.
