Completely renovated with a large Kitchen (all dishes, pot & pans included) - Dining table. Living room (with sofa bed & love seat). 3-TVs, Internet, Washer & dryer in the unit, parking for 1 vehicle. (4 Passenger Golf Cart is Included), 1-Outdoor BBQ. & freezer, Max up to 5 people per rental, NO SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED. marina, recreation center, pool and library. MIN RENTAL 4 MONTHS in the winter & summer, $150 Cleaning fee, $3,700 a month. (Utilities are not included)

It's a Wonderful Life

This property is beautifully decorated and exactly as represented in the photos. The owners are easy to work with and super responsive. The home was spotlessly clean and easy to care for. The resort has a huge pool, library, marina, store, gatehouse, and tons of winter classes. The neighbors are lovely and welcoming too. Thanks so much for sharing this little piece of tropical paradise in the middle Keys. Side trips to Key West, Everglades, Miami, and elsewhere are convenient. What a great rental.

We loved the property. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Recently renovated,

Owner David is fantastic, we did not have a boat but he has a state of the art boat lift. Above all his home is very clean. Friendly neighbors and a very quiet neighborhood makes ideal place to relax . Many activities for your family to participate in. : pool , tennis, marina you name it. Gated resort made us feel very safe. Private beach across the street . Washer and dryer included made it convient. We would recommend staying here to our friends. Thanks David
