Rear Country Nice: Villa 4/6 pers. with Jacuzzi

Pretty independent holiday house of 90m2, for 4 to 6 people located between sea and mountains in the charming village of Chateauneuf-Villevieille, in a hamlet of quiet village, fenced garden, and parking space (20 km from Nice).

Inside,

Fully furnished with an equipped open kitchen (Fridge / Freezer / Oven / Microwave / Induction hob / dishwasher Dishes / Food processor and Nespresso machine).
A living / dining room with sofa bed, armchairs, big screen and WIFI.
A laundry room (washing machine and dryer), 1 separate toilet.

-A upstairs, a master suite with 200x200 bed, walk-in shower, and dressing.
A room to compose (either 1 double bed or 2 small beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Outside, a large south-facing terrace of 30m2 with barbecue and pergola. A garden of 500 m2 with hut for children, hammock and sunbed for parents! and a nice little Jacuzzi.


Smoking not allowed inside, pets not allowed.

Logement isolé dans un village à 20 minutes de l'entrée de Nice. Idéal si vous voulez profitez du Département sans les inconvénients de la Côte d'Azur. Maison impeccable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Une superbe semaine.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très belle et fonctionnelle (juste un petit rideau occultant pour la fenêtre de la salle de bain de la chambre parentale serait bien pour éviter le trop de lumière les matins au réveil), il ne manque rien en terme d'équipement. La vue est magnifique depuis le terrain de derrière où l'on mangeait le midi sous le cerisier, la terrasse de devant est très agréable aussi et bien fleurie. Le coin piscine et jacuzzi parfait pour la détente. La décoration est sobre et de très bon goût. L'endroit est calme, possibilité de faire de bonne balade à pied, VTT, Trail vers le Mont Macaron vue à couper le souffle. La maison n'est pas très loin de Nice (le vieux Nice est à visiter impérativement). Les propriétaires sont sympas et à notre service. Si vous chercher une location dans la région de Nice je conseille vivement celle-ci. Merci pour cette prestation.
