About this property

Villa with pool near Nice

The Villa is independent and the swimming pool is completely secure for children.
The car is parked in a private and free space.
In summer the barbecue and the balls are part of the decor but in winter it is rather the chimney fire.
The terrace is large and a table and chairs allow you to eat outside, in the morning and in the evening.
The villa is not overlooked and the tranquility and privacy of the guests is guaranteed.
Inside There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 large beds, one with a TV.
On the ground floor there is a large living room which overlooks the garden: in this room there is the kitchen area and the lounge area for dining or watching TV
The toilets are independent of the large and well-lit bathroom.
Nice is a 15 minute drive with a single red light to get into town.
Near the villa, all local shops (Intermarché, bar, restaurants but also medical center and pharmacy).
We make available the part of our villa that we have not occupied since the departure of the children and we try to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible.
The pool remains to be shared (at least when we are there).

Heel mooi huis, en een aardige behulpzame Antonia, mooie slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, en ruim terras met zwembad, jammer dat wij eerder weg moesten in verband met een bruiloft, want hier kun je heerlijk genieten, ook voor langere tijd! Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Inneneinrichtung ist zweckmäßig und hat französischen Charme. Der Pool und der Garten mit seinen vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist super. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen in der Umgebung sehr gut. Der Supermarkt in der Nähe ist sehr praktisch. Man benötigt ein Auto. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter lief gut, die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöner und herzlicher Aufenthalt

Wir wurden von Jacques sehr herzlich willkommen. Er hat uns zum Objekt und zur nahen Umgebung alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Lage ist ideal, um Ausflüge nach Nizza, Monaco und andere Orte zu unternehmen. Es war eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Nachmals vielen lieben Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt an Jacques

Charmante location au calme

Agréable partie de villa avec magnifique terrasse en 2 niveaux, avec piscine. Située au calme en haut d'une petite rue sinueuse, à 20 minutes de Nice et 5 minutes d'un supermarché. Bonne literie et tous les équipements nécessaires à 1 bon séjour. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et informent sur les activités et restaurants des alentours. Merci pour l'accueil!

Le cadre est verdoyant et idéal pour un séjour dans le calme. Sur les hauteurs de Nice, à 10 mn du Centre ville sans les inconvénients de la circulation, bruit, embouteillage etc... La maison est très agréable et très fonctionnelle avec tout le confort qu'on y attend. Pascaline a décoré cette maison avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires Jacques et Pascaline sont très acceuillants, prevenants et à l'écoute et très discrets.😉 Habitent juste à côté et ne sont pas du tout envahissant, bien au contraire: beaucoup d'attention au bien être de leur locataire.🤗 Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 et nous y reviendrons sûrement à l'occasion. Brilliant host, location and accommodation

We had a fantastic time. This was a fantastic base for both Nice and Monaco, and also visiting the alps. Jacques is lovely, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The pool was an added bonus. We stayed with our two small children and they thought it was a home from home.

Die Wohnung ist auf 2 Stockwerke aufgeteilt und eher gross. Wir hatten etwas heiss Ende Juli, aber die bereitgestellten Ventilatoren haben schnell geholfen. Die Küche ist etwas knapp ausgestattet, aber ok. Die Besetzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool eignet sich sehr gut, um nach einem sonnigenTag etwas abzukühlen, das Fehlen von "Poolzeiten" ist und da sehr entgegengekommen :-) Die Lage ist ideal, um die Gegend von Antibes bis Monaco zu erkunden.

War ein Toller Urlaub gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zwei Wochen gebucht und wären gerne noch länger da geblieben. Die Gegend ist ruhig und schön. Jacques ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert und wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten war er sofort da um zu helfen. Die Ausstattung ist typisch rustikal französisch. Jacques und seine Familie waren sehr rücksichtsvoll. Sie haben uns beim Pool immer den Vortritt gelassen obwohl es jeden Tag über 30 Grad waren. Wir werden überlegen ob wir die nächsten Jahre nochmal bei ihm buchen.

fantastic get away

I booked this house due to the fact it was under an hour from the airport but far away enough from the "hustle and bustle". its nestled on a hill which feels like you are miles away from anywhere and compared to where we live in a busy town it was so lovely and quiet. We were met by Jacques and his wife - who were for the whole time on hand and incredibly friendly and helpful i loved the house for its authenticity and it was so clean too. Unfortunately for us we had really bad weather so we were not able to use the lovely deck and pool. This place is ideal in the sun for a quiet get away from it all. There is good wifi as well which was savior for the children not being able to get out Very close to an intermarche and other shops Thoroughly recommend it. Thank you

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en cette fin octobre ensoleillée et profité du gite de Monsieur et Madame Chiappe , fonctionnel, spacieux et très agréable sans oublier la propreté irréprochable . La terrasse qui surplombe la vallée est un régal,...un petit apéro au soleil et un BBQ , que demander de plus! La piscine était bien accueillante mais en presque novembre , la témérité n'était pas au RDV :) L'accueil et la convivialité de nos hôtes sont remarquables.

Wir haben zwar nur ein paar Tage hier verbracht, aber es war wirklich wunderschön. M. Chiappe und seine Frau sind sehr gastfreundlich. Die Villa ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen!

You definitely need a car ,visit new places in the morning back for a cool in the pool in the afternoon then out on the evening to visit the towns on the coast from Monaco to Cannes via Nice.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cette charmante villa et nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité. Les lieux étaient très propres, les chambres et la salle de bain (grande baignoire) très agréables. Il y avait même un petit cadeau qui nous attendait dans le frigo à l'occasion du nouvel an.
