Beautiful farmhouse renovated with comfortable heating floors and magnificent views of the mountains. The property is located in a dead end street, so no through traffic, tranquillity assured. A large field ideal for children. Large sunny terrace all day. Outdoor furniture including and barbecue.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with all modern amenities including oven, induction cook top, microwave, coffee plunger, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, raclette machine, pierrade etc.

Wonderful appartment in a quiet renovated farm house

We had a wonderful stay in Montmin. The appartment is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We also enjoyed the large sunny balcony and the shared garden. We can highly recommend.

Belle coupure le temps d'un week-end dans ce logement atypique. Logement dans une grande batisse composĂ©e de plusieurs appartements mais on se sent comme dans une maison. Calme absolu, reposant. Petit Bemol sur la chambre du milieu qui a la porte en verre et une fenĂȘtre qui ne coupe pas assez du bruit et de la lumiĂšre. Mais belle surprise sur la prĂ©sence d'un poĂȘle dans le salon qui a rĂ©chauffĂ© nos soirĂ©es. Je recommande ce logement sans hĂ©siter.

TrÚs beau gßte, au calme, à la montagne, dans une grande bùtisse divisée en plusieurs lots. Le logement est trÚs fonctionnel et bien équipé et possÚde une grande piÚce de vie avec belle vue sur les montagnes. Grand jardin partagé. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage und klasse Aussicht

Es sind 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten vorhanden. Wohnzimmer und KĂŒche sowie Terasse ist sehr gerĂ€umig und schön eingereichtet. Kein Auto stört in der Nacht, nach 100 m ist die Strasse zuende. Auch die Nachbarschaft die hier wohnt ist supernett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A very peasent stay in the Alpes.

The property is very nice. All beds are comfortable. The sleeping rooms are adequately big and and light. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensiles and cutlary. The grill workes and there are a well suited outdoor sitting group next to the grill. Evrything works as it should. It was difficult to find the house, both Google and Garmin struggled. Happily we got help and managed to loclise the property. The property is situated in the middle of the farm land, and the only noice we heard was the noice from the calves bells on the field near by when they were running to get their daylig feed. The place is very quiet. There is no resturants near by, it is therefore based on self cooking.

Maison au top Toutes les commodités a l'intérieure sont biens là. La décoration est réalisée avec du charme. Nous avons pu vivre a 7 sans aucun souci de place. Attention, nous conseillons d'arrivé de jour car maison pas évidente a trouver. Le seul bémol, pas de réseau téléphonique. C'est trÚs appréciable mais faut juste le savoir.
