Beautiful town, lovely apartment

We were in Talloires just for 2 days for paragliding. The apartment was quite comfortable and had a fabulous location within 5 min walk of town center where there were cafes and grocery store. We were in Talloires in late September and discovered that several local cafes were closed for the shoulder season. Therefore we tried we cook in the apartment. However, we learned after communication with the owner that the gas stove and cooktop were not usuable since the gas tank was empty. This was disappointing and luckily we could get by with the one electric burner. The kitchen was not fully equipped (no dish towels, no lids for the pans)..but we got by. If you plan to cook in the apartment, be sure to check in advance. Also, be sure to obtain very specific directions to locate the apartment. We had to stop at the Tourism office for directions and never would have found the place on our own. The address provided did not match the road signs or actual building number. The view of the lake and the apartment were exactly as pictured. I could (and did) sit on the balcony for hours. Now that we are wiser, I would return to this apartment and Talloires again.

La vue sur le lac et les lits confortables sont les points positifs de notre séjour. Par contre, il est urgent de mettre les lampes d'appoint en état (faux contact et ruban adhésif). Un bon tri et un bon nettoyage serait nécessaire également dans la cuisine tant pour la vaisselle que pour les produits et ustensiles d'entretien mis à disposition.

Nous avons passé un très chouette Noël dans cet appartement confortable chaleureux et à la vue spectaculaire sur le lac. On n’entend pas les voitures les fenêtres fermées. Bonne literie. Parking gratuit à 50 m. Nous avons pu nous rendre facilement à Annecy, le Grand Bornant et la Cluzaz.

Traumhafte Ferienwoche

Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den See und die Berge. Da nimmt man auch die Verkehrsgeräusche der Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt, in Kauf. Ist sicherlich im Sommer in der Hauptsaison etwas intensiver. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war Ausgangspunkt von vielen abwechslungsreichen Unternehmungen: Wandern, Radfahren, ein Besuch in Annecy, usw. Herrliche Gegend. Können wir nur empfehlen. Einzige Minuspunkte und dementsprechender Hinweis an den Vermieter: 1. Der Check-In könnte viel einfacher erfolgen, wenn man alle erforderlichen Informationen (z.B. den Code für den Schlüsselkasten) unaufgefordert zugeschickt bekäme und nicht mehrfach nachfragen müsste. 2. Die genaue Position der FeWo im Lageplan wäre auch hilfreich. Im angegebenen Kreis befindet sie sich am äußersten Rand und ist nur sehr schwer zu lokalisieren.

Magnifique vue sur le lac

La magnifique vue fait oublier quelques désagréments : parking à 50 m avec accès assez dangereux le long de la route départementale et sol très accidenté. Pas de parking sur place ni attitré. Sinon bus 20 qui va à Annecy arrêt écoles qui passe régulièrement.Bruit sur le balcon avec la route très passagère qui est située plus bas.Balcon et appartement corrects et de belle taille avec espace pour six personnes très satisfaisant. Décoration intérieure principalement savoyarde. Quelques fleurs et décos artificielles qui seraient plus agréables si plus modernes et moins tristes ou vieillottes. Tri vaisselle à faire car certains éléments sont ébrégés à plusieurs endroits.Environnement calme pour dormir. Les lits par contre grincent et murs assez fins.Toutes les lampes de chevets ont des soucis soient cassées soit problèmes électriques. Manque une paroi de douche à l'étage et rideau du Vélux cassé.Un peu cher même si l'espace intérieur pour six est appréciable. Seule la vue peut justifier le prix mais location tout de même appréciée et bien pour un séjour d'une semaine en avril.

Très agréable séjour avec magnifique vue sur le lac. Appartement très confortable avec ascenseur, grand réfrigérateur, chauffage réglable, parking très proche,balcon très agréable ( malgré quelques bruits de voitures dehors, mais aucun bruit à l'intérieur). Un point de vue magique !

Région magnifique où l'on mange très bien, où l'on peut faire toute sorte d'activités.le bus est gratuit du 1er juillet au 31 août, on peut aller à Annecy sans se soucier du parking. On y retournera sûrement, c'est vraiment dépaysant et magnifique.

1. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung entsprach nicht dem Eindruck, der in dem Lageplan in Fewo-direkt erweckt wurde - es liegt nicht im Zentrum des eingezeichneten Kreises, sondern an dessem Rand - und zwar ist das direkt an der stark befahrenen Landstraße. 2. Im Angebot hieß es Parken auf dem Grundstück. Das ist eine falsche Angabe - wir mussten 50 m weit entfernt auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken. Das Ausladen und Einladen des Gepäcks muss in aller Eile vor dem Haus stattfinden, wobei das Auto vor fremden Garagen geparkt werden muss und das Fahrzeugheck fast bis in den fließenden Verkehr reicht - ideal, um beim Entladen vom Verkehr erfasst zu werden! Wenn wie in unserem Fall dann noch ein Fahrradträger hinten drauf sitzt, wird es richtig haarig - Alternative: quer vors Haus fahren und gleich zwei Garagen versperren. 3. Für die Aufbewahrung der Fahrräder gibt es einen zur Ferienwohnung gehörenden Kellerraum; dieser ist jedoch sehr feucht und modrig. 4. Die FeWo liegt im dritten Stock; es gibt einen Aufzug. Vom Aufzug aus geht es über einen außen liegenden Gang bis zur Eingangstür der FeWo. Der Ein- und Auszug dauern somit ganz schön lang. 5. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön; zwei der drei Schlafzimmer sind auf der straßenabgewandten Seite, so dass der Straßenlärm nachts nicht stört. Ein Kinderzimmer zeigt jedoch Richtung Straße - ist eher nichts für Kinder, die das Schlafen bei offenem Fenster gewohnt sind. 6. Wifi-Passwort musste erst telefonisch auf Französisch erfragt werden.

Ruim appartement met perfect uitzicht

Het appartement bood ons voldoende ruimte (2 volwassenen en 3 tieners) en heeft in principe alles wat je nodig hebt; voldoende servies en glazen en de wifi werkt goed. De locatie is prima, op loopafstand van de winkel, het strand en de haven. Veel lawaai van de doorgaande weg beneden, maar het uitzicht maakt alles goed. 's Avonds op het balkon met een wijntje uitkijken over het meer is hemels. Airco zou fijn zijn, want met de zon erop en een temperatuur boven de dertig graden, wordt het heet binnen en moet je alle luiken dicht houden tot de zon is verdwenen. Toen wij aankwamen, was de tweede wc kapot. Deze werd vervangen in de week dat wij er waren; ook werd een nieuwe wasmachine geplaatst. Die monteur ging ook bezig met het kapotte rek van de vaatwasser (zoals blijkbaar wel vaker, in meer recensies gezien), maar hij heeft dat probleem niet echt opgelost. De communicatie met de eigenares verliep heel vriendelijk, maar wat lastig, alles in het Frans.

Teleurstellend appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Positief: Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht Negatief: Meeste apparaten doen het slecht of niet. Oven niet, afwasmachine na 1 keer niet ( werd hersteld) bovenste lade kapot. Wasmachine was kapot ( werd hersteld) maar onbruikbaar programma’s worden niet afgemaakt, trommel klapt alle kanten op. WC boven defect Bedden erg klein voor NL-ers, appartement niet erg schoon ( vloer vol zwarte haren, was duidelijk niet gedweild) Appartement heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. Ventilatoren waren fijn geweest bij de hoge temperaturen. Communicatie met eigenaars gaat lastig. Ze spreekt geen Engels. Ze reageert wel snel op mails. Geen info in appartement, maar absoluut een prachtig uitzicht.

superbes vacances

très bel appartement spacieux et sa vue magnifique sur le lac et ses montagnes , quelques petites remarques pour l'appartement qui améliorerait ce bel appartement : (lave vaisselle et son panier supérieur qui ne tient pas ,les verres à changer, les plinthes de la cuisine défaites, chauffage extérieur disjoncte, papier toilette non fourni alors que c'est noté dans les détails de l'appartement c'est un appartement que je reviendrais avec plaisir.
