About this property

This gorgeous mountain home offers beautiful wood furnishings that compliment soft-colored, décor. This unit has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a deck looking out at the golf course. In the master bedroom, there is a King-sized bed with a 42" TV, while the guest bedrooms each provide Queen-sized beds with 19" TVs. Relax in the living area in front of a 55" TV equipped with Roku and Netflix or cuddle up by the stone gas fireplace and enjoy private Wi-Fi. An equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, garage, and Jacuzzi bathtub are available for you to use. TWO OUTDOOR GRILLS. This home has air-conditioning for your comfort during the summer months. It is within walking distance of the golf course and the ski lodge. Non-smoking. No pets allowed. This home is all on one level with only two steps to get inside. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

Serene Escape at Brookmont

Perfect location for resort

House was very clean and very accommodating for 3 couples with 3 full baths! Loved the two car garage also! We requested to have our driveway salted and it was done within the hour. We walked to the snow tubing and were able to avoid the parking. I literally have no complaints we would definitely stay again!

It’s a quick walk to the ski lodge and just a short drive to many local sites and shopping. There were deer almost daily. Our entire family enjoyed their time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay at Sugar Mountain.

Great house

Great house in a perfect location for a short ski vacation. The bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms were a great set up for travel with extended family. Very close to Sugar Mountain lodge. I walked over a time or two, but you do have to be careful because there are no sidewalks. Still, a great option if you want to avoid the craziness of parking on busy days at Sugar. Would stay again!

A wonderful home away from home
