Greatroom invites guests to oversized covered patio through the 12' sliding glass doors to view the backyard Oasis with plenty of seating for backyard bbq. Never worry about propane as grill connected to gas. Heated pool and spa complete with waterfall grotto, waterslide, and pool toys. For those competitive vacationers, enjoy a game of poolside basketball or putt-putt on the backyard putting green. WiFi and premium cable/movie channels which can be viewed in each bedroom, living area and outdoor TV. Master suite includes soaking tub and spa-like shower. King size bed in Master, queen size beds in en-suite, as well as the additional two bedrooms.

Nate and Rachel absolutely love phoenix and the 300+ days of sunshine it provides. This will some day be our retirement home but in the meantime we have a senior in high school and one in college that keep us in South Dakota for most of the year.
Why they chose this property
We weren't looking to buy when we found this property...I know it sounds cliche but this property kind of found us. We had another property we loved that happened to get sold before we could make an offer and our Realtor found this house for us and the rest is history. When we were finally able to see this home, this location, in this part of Arizona, it was an easy decision for us. We couldn't be happier with our decision!
What makes this property unique
Quiet, close enough to things you want to do...the space is utilized so well. Every time we bring guests with us they can't get over how handy everything is. From the outdoor space/pool...the grill and cooking area to the indoor areas and bedroom with their own bathrooms.
